15 April 2018 - Once Forgiven Always Forgiven - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online - New Creation Church Sermon Notes OnlinePraise and Worship songs performed:
The word Gospel means “good news”. It is good news to us because Jesus died on the cross to pay for all our sins. When you know that you’re forgiven of all your sins, it gives you a peace in your spirit that translates to well being in physical and emotion health as well. We will receive a new spiritual body during the Rapture and we will never die. We will meet Jesus in the air and then there will be judgment on earth - the Great Tribulation where the antichrist will rule. Believers will already be in heaven, safe from all judgment. Hebrews 10:1-4 - The sacrifices under the Old Covenant are a picture of the true Sacrifice - Jesus’ death at the cross. The animal sacrifices could only cover Israel’s sins but it wasn’t a true payment for sins. Jesus’ sacrifice took away our sins and is a true payment for our sins. A purified conscience means that a person does not have sin-consciousness and he or she knows that their sins are already totally forgiven. Jesus died as an overpayment to God for our sins. Jesus’ death enriched God - God became a Gainer - He gained more glory from Redemption than from Creation. The Redeemer’s crown is more glorious than the Creatorial crown. The cross is God’s love making payment to God’s justice. God doesn’t want sin on your conscience. When sin is removed from your conscience, it is dethroned from your heart. Right believing will always lead to right living. Having sin consciousness is dishonoring the work of God - it’s acting like Jesus’ sacrifice at the cross is not good enough to pay for your sins. “For the law, having a shadow of the good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by year, make those who approach perfect. For then would they not have ceased to be offered? For the worshipers, once purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins. But in those sacrifices there is a reminder of sins every year. For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins.” (Hebrews 10:1-4 NKJV) God gives angels charge over us to watch us in all our ways. The angels are eagerly watching and seeing God’s plan for man unfolding.

27 November 2016 - Heaven Focuses on Redemption And Not on Creation - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online - New Creation Church Sermon Notes OnlineOur Heavenly Father loves us even as He loves the Lord Jesus. If two of us gather in Jesus' name (2 is the smallest majority), there Jesus is in the midst. The church of Jesus Christ is God's greatest dream. The Lord Jesus was always with the Father, even before He came to earth. The Book of Genesis is the book of beginning. The book of Genesis describes the lives of four men as head figures: Adam Noah Abraham is the key figure. God is called the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Joseph (The book of Genesis ends with Joseph). In the four gospels, it takes four writers to talk about One Man, Jesus. When God talks about creation, there is only one chapter. When God talks about redemption, there are many chapters. God did not put redemption as an afterthought. Creation is the servant of redemption. God had in His heart redemption all the while. We are blessed when we study on redemption, because heaven is focused on redemption. When you talk about redemption, all of heaven's focus is on you. Heaven's focus is not on the great, the accomplished or the wealthy. Heaven's focus is on the shepherds, the lowly virgin, etc. |
