12 November 2017 - With God Little Becomes Much - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online - New Creation Church Sermon Notes OnlineMany people are afraid to let go because they think that they’ll drop into the abyss and there will be no one to catch them. Don’t worry, when you let go, our Heavenly Father’s loving arms are outstretched and ready to catch you if you fall. The Lord is speaking to Pastor Joseph Prince that it’s time to reach out to the young people - their hearts are a vacuum waiting to be filled by Jesus. The fourth service in New Creation Church in Singapore may be converted into a youth service session. Don't complain saying "This type of thing is for young people..." otherwise you'll grow old. Pastor Joseph Prince has no problem with believers and even pastors having tattoos (from their past before they were saved). He said for too long the devil has sent wolves in sheep’s clothing into the church. It’s about time we have sheep in wolf’s clothing to go out into the world to get people saved. He also added that he does not have a single tattoo on his body.

8 October 2017 - Dare to Live for the Glory of God - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online - New Creation Church Sermon Notes Online1200 souls were saved at Holy Spirit Night Conference in Germany where Pastor Prince preached at! It’s important for us to know our Church history: Martin Luther was a German monk of the Augustinian Order. He knew the Hebrew language. He saw that people were putting money into the church coffers to provide relief for their loved ones who were in purgatory - That didn’t seem right to him because they didn’t have to repent, but the money could do the repenting for them. Martin Luther nailed the 95 Theses on the door of the church. People circulated it by print and others labeled him as a heretic and wanted to kill him. There was a bounty on his head. A wealthy person kidnapped Martin Luther and kept him safe in a castle for 10 months. He translated the German Bible while he was there. In 1517, the Reformation started by his books circulated in print, not by him running around ragged. Now our equivalent of nailing an argument on the church door is posting on social media. We should use social media for the glory of Jesus, and not just sit back and let the devil do his thing. 24 September 2017 - Experience Jubilee in These End Times - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online - New Creation Church Sermon Notes OnlineJubilee is not for the world. The world will get worse and worse. Isaiah 59:21-60:2 - Praying in tongues can only happen under grace. It is a unique gift in the New Covenant of grace. Under the Old Covenant, no one prays in tongues. You cannot pray in tongues and be legalistic. When we pray in tongues, the glory of the Lord will be seen upon us. The Lord will bring your sons and daughters back to you if they have left home. Restoration of family relationships. There will be a wealth transfer (financial provision) in these last days. The Gentiles work to accumulate the wealth and God passes to whoever He sees as righteous in His eyes, which are believers like us. ““As for Me,” says the LORD, “this is My covenant with them: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants,” says the LORD, “from this time and forevermore.” “Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you.” The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising. “Lift up your eyes all around, and see: They all gather together, they come to you; Your sons shall come from afar, And your daughters shall be nursed at your side. Then you shall see and become radiant, And your heart shall swell with joy; Because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, The wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you.” (Isaiah 59:21-60:5 NKJV) 17 September 2017 - Put on the Whole Armor of God to Stand on Victory Ground - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online - New Creation Church Sermon Notes OnlineIf you want to be liberated from the demonic spirit of heaviness, one of the best ways is to worship and praise God. “To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.”” (Isaiah 61:3 NKJV) If somebody has wronged you, forgive the person for your own good. You were designed to operate by love, not by hatred or bitterness. Ephesians 6:11-18 - Demons can manifest as spirits of infirmity and cause sickness. The woman who was bent over for 18 years had a spirit of infirmity and she was healed by Jesus. It's not always necessary to call out the demon by name in order to cast it out. We stand because we are on victory ground. We pray from victory, not for victory. A prayer made from desperation will not work. Pray knowing that God loves you. The epistle to the Ephesians is divided into three parts: Wealth (rest, sit), Walk, Warfare (stand). The devil wants to move you from the victory ground, but you must continue to stand on it. All the part of the Armor of God represent doctrinal truths in the Gospel, not of the Old Covenant. These are objective truths, not subjective truths. If you have wrong believing in any area of these, that's where the devil will attack you. Truth (as a belt): To hold your outfit together and to keep your weapons in. Breastplate of Righteousness: Your inward man must be protected by knowing that you are the righteousness of God in Christ. Gospel of Peace (as shoes): You will stand on firm footing when you have the gospel of peace. Shield of Faith: Rely on believing in God for your justification rather than on your own obedience. Helmet of Salvation: This helmet must be received. Verse 18 if translated correctly like in Young's Living Translation should begin with the word "through" (in Greek: "dia"). We receive the helmet of salvation and sword of the spirit by the means of praying in tongues. “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—” (Ephesians 6:11-18 NKJV) 10 September 2017 - Praying in Tongues: The Weapon that Builds You Up - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online - New Creation Church Sermon Notes OnlineSynopsis: Pastor Joseph Prince focused on one benefit of the gift of praying in tongues: it builds us up, especially our body which is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Keep using this heavenly gift which banishes fear, anxiety, addictions, depression, sickness and more! We are living in increasingly dangerous times, thereby leading us to feel stressed, anxious and worried. We don't know if there will be a world war three before Jesus comes back. But one thing is for sure: we need to know the promises of Psalm 91. There is a place in Christ that we can be protected. Acts 2:1-4 - On the birthday of the church, the first present that God gave them is a prayer language. The Law was also given on the Day of Pentecost and there was fire on Mount Sinai. When the Holy Spirit came, He also came as tongues of fire. When the Law was given, 3000 people died. When the Holy Spirit came, Peter preached and 3000 people were saved. The letter (the Law) kills but the Spirit gives life. “When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” (Acts 2:1-4 NKJV) The Father always loved His Son Jesus. Jesus obeyed the Father perfectly. The book of Isaiah says that it pleased the Father to crush Jesus at the cross because of His great love for us. The Law demands righteousness from man, whereas Grace supplies righteousness to man. Acts 2:11-13 - It's no longer about how bad man is, but about how good God is. It's no longer about the puny works of man, but about the wonderful works of God. When you pray in tongues, you are proclaiming the wonderful works of God and enlarging your spirit. “Cretans and Arabs--we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God.” So they were all amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, “Whatever could this mean?” Others mocking said, “They are full of new wine.”” (Acts 2:11-13 NKJV)
3 September 2017 - MegaFest 2017 ManPower Session - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online - New Creation Church Sermon Notes OnlineAll Scripture is inspired of God, but not every word in Scripture is the Gospel. Exodus 21:1-6 - After God gave the Ten Commandments, He gave a statute about bondservants. The Bondservant refers to our Lord Jesus. Jesus could have returned to Heaven at any time without us, but He chose to stay and die at the cross, in full submission to the will of the Father. Jesus is still the divine servant today. When John saw him in a vision, Jesus was wearing a golden girdle (servants wore a girdle). ““Now these are the judgments which you shall set before them: If you buy a Hebrew servant, he shall serve six years; and in the seventh he shall go out free and pay nothing. If he comes in by himself, he shall go out by himself; if he comes in married, then his wife shall go out with him. If his master has given him a wife, and she has borne him sons or daughters, the wife and her children shall be her master’s, and he shall go out by himself. But if the servant plainly says, ‘I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free,’ then his master shall bring him to the judges. He shall also bring him to the door, or to the doorpost, and his master shall pierce his ear with an awl; and he shall serve him forever.” (Exodus 21:1-6 NKJV) After Jesus rose from the dead, He appeared to the two disciples on the Road to Emmaus and expounded to all things concerning Himself. He restrained their eyes from recognizing Him in person because He wanted to give us all an equal opportunity to see Him in the word of God. The disciples said between themselves, "Did not our hearts burn...". A ministry from the Lord will lead to burning hearts. The Greek translation says: Faith comes by hearing and hearing the spoken word of Christ (rhematos Christou). 27 August 2017 - The Truth About Tithing in the New Testament - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online - New Creation Church Sermon Notes OnlineYou don't have to wait for the word of knowledge or gifts of healings to flow in order to be healed. That's not the norm. The norm is to be healed as you read/listen to the word of God on your own. Create that spirit of expectancy in your heart when you're receiving prayer for divine healing. The anointing oil is also a way to be healed. Positive thinking is good but it will not bring you the miracle of God. You need a point of contact with Jesus, like all the ways mentioned above. The priests in the Old Testament were busy, busy, busy and their work was never done. However, Jesus, with one sacrifice, sat down at the right hand of the Father forever. Our Father does not desire burnt offerings like in the Old Covenant - that's just a shadow of the substance. Jesus' finished work at the cross is the substance. All our sins have been forgiven by that one work on the cross. God is not confined in time and space. God looks at our entire life and sees that our sins have been removed. Foundations of Christianity:
When believers die, they feel even more alive and will be perpetually happy. The encumbrance of the flesh is gone. When Jesus died, I died with Him. When Jesus rose from the dead, I rose with Him. When Jesus sat down at the right hand of the Father, I sat down with Him. That's true Christianity. 20 August 2017 - How to Finally Get Your Long-Awaited Healing - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online - New Creation Church Sermon Notes OnlineThe imagery of shepherd and flock in the Bible promotes healing. When a pastor sees the congregation as the Good Shepherd's flock, they receive healing. The number one imagery of Jesus in the Bible is as a Good Shepherd. Don't find fault with people who fall sick. Even a fit person can get sick. See sick people as children who have fallen into a pit. The priority is to get them out. "Pit" has the idea of an enemy who has set up a trap. Sickness comes because of a spiritual attack. I Peter 2:24-25 - The emphasis is not on the work of healing but on the Person of Jesus - "Who his own self... in his own body..." The Holy Spirit emphasizes the Person because the benefits lie with Jesus. You want to experience the benefits of the finished work? Go to Jesus! When you believe that you are righteous, the promise of "by whose stripes ye were healed" is yours. The word "stripes" here should be translated as "stripe" (the Greek uses the singular tense) because there was not even a sliver of skin left on Jesus' back. When you receive Jesus' skin by faith, you receive His radiance, complexion and healing. “Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.” (1 Peter 2:24-25 KJV) 6 August 2017 - See the Price God Paid for Your Healing and Receive It with a Merry Heart - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online - New Creation Church Sermon Notes OnlineWhen you read about destroying enemies in the Old Testament, you have to apply that in your life today as spiritual enemies, such as sickness and disease. Animal sacrifices are killed in a humane way with the least possible suffering. However our Lord Jesus suffered pain before He died bodily (not spiritually) on the cross. He bore all our sins and pains in His body. The animal sacrifices are flayed (skin removed) after they are killed before they are placed on the altar. Jesus was scourged and the skin His back was all gone as well before He went on the cross. Jesus could feel physical pain. Deuteronomy 25:1-3 - Jesus was scourged using the Roman flagellum (aka cat o' nine tails). It is a octopus-like whip with many hooks, shards of bone, etc that latch onto the victim's back and when it is pulled out, the flesh of the victim is ripped out along with it. The cat o' nine tails hits the victim's back about 9 times with each blow. Jesus was beaten 40 blows with this. ““If there is a dispute between men, and they come to court, that the judges may judge them, and they justify the righteous and condemn the wicked, then it shall be, if the wicked man deserves to be beaten, that the judge will cause him to lie down and be beaten in his presence, according to his guilt, with a certain number of blows. Forty blows he may give him and no more, lest he should exceed this and beat him with many blows above these, and your brother be humiliated in your sight.” (Deuteronomy 25:1-3 NKJV) Isaiah 53:4-6 - By Jesus' stripes we are healed! "Griefs" in Hebrew is "kholee" which means diseases. Kholee is a noun. The root word "Khalah" means to be worn down in strength. For example: the devil shoots you something that makes you worry and it makes you tired. "Sorrows" in Hebrews is "makob" which means pain. Jesus bore our diseases and carried our pains. The root word of heal "rapha" means to rest. The secret to receiving healing is to be restful. If you're handling an issue that wears you out in strength, then you're not supposed to be handling it - It's not God's will for you. For wives, if you want to tell/request your husband about something, wait till he's smiling, refreshed and recharged before doing so. Don't approach him when he's worn out in strength - you don't want to hear what he has to say to you and he doesn't mean it. “Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way; And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.” (Isaiah 53:4-6 NKJV) 30 July 2017 - See Through Jesus' Eyes: A Child Who Has Fallen Into a Well - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online - New Creation Church Sermon Notes OnlineIf you have been confessing healing, health and finances but you are seeing no results yet, listen to the Holy Spirit's prompting in you. Maybe He has been telling you something that you have been ignoring. God sanctioned the children of Israel in the past to eat animals that chew the cud and have cloven feet - that was considered healthy for them. What it means for us today is that you should feed from ministries that meditate on God's word and rightly divide the word in their walk. Even though we're surrounded by the culture of the world who try to condemn us for saying what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong, we don't have to be affected by what they say. Even though the world is under subjugation and the devil is ruling the world, we believers can still walk in victory. When Jesus comes back to rule on earth during the Millennium, there will be no more poverty, sickness, and natural people who die at the age of 100+ will be considered to have died as young as an infant. Yes after we are saved we are meant to share the gospel and get people saved, but that's not the purpose of life. God wants us to live life, and our lives will bear witness to God. It's useless to try to convince or answer your critics. By trying that, you're actually giving weight to what they're saying. Just ignore them. Some people are just sent to oppose you. Judas will always be Judas. You don't have to be a theologian to be able to understand the Bible. The Holy Spirit can speak to you and give you a rhema word specifically for your situation today. The word of God has a voice that speaks to you. |
