Kenko Reflexology & Spa at Marina Square in Singapore  (My Review and Experience)

(Sponsored Post)

Looking for a good spa or massage in Singapore?

Thanks to the invitation by Starngage , I was able to enjoy the "Simply Bliss" spa therapy at Kenko Reflexology & Spa (Kenko) at Marina Square #01-211 (Conveniently located within walking distance from Promenade MRT station - take Exit A and get to Marina Square by crossing the linkway from Millenia Walk).

With the "Simply Bliss" package, you are entitled to a 30 minute Bath + a 1 hour Body Massage -
You can enjoy a pampering massage and a long soak in your choice of bath to indulgently relax your body, mind and soul and watch as all the stress melts away.

When I entered the Kenko outlet at Marina Square, I immediately felt very relaxed due to the atmosphere in the space, and also because of the calming smell of essential oils in the air.

I was then politely greeted by the front desk staff who introduced me to the therapist who would be doing the massage for me.

Take a look at some photos I took of the front desk area of the Kenko outlet below.

A private area for massage for couples and VIPs - sort of a VIP area. It is also used when the massage chairs inside are all occupied.

I was then led into a private room for my 1 hour body massage.

The room is beautifully-decorated - it feels very 'zen' and peaceful. The relaxing background music playing at the right volume also helped to soothe me further.

After changing into the shorts that they prepared for me, I was told to lie face-down on the massage bed.

I especially loved that the massage bed can be heated to a very warm and comfortable temperature, which is much better than lying on a cold bed while barechested!

The therapist who did the massage was very polite and even introduced herself saying, "My name is Ching. Nice to meet you." To me that's great service because it's very personable!

Ching was very attentive to my needs, constantly asking "Is this pressure okay?", "Is this too hard/too soft?" to make sure that the massage was meeting my expectations. She is very skillful and strong and was able to knead all the aches and pains on my body away.

I literally felt all the stiff muscles ( from carrying my baby daughter Maeleth Sarah Goh ) in my body getting the ultimate relaxation!

When the body massage was about three quarters done, Ching asked me if I would prefer hot or warm water for the milk bath that was to be done after the body massage.
I chose hot water as I normally bathe with hot water and I enjoy soaking in hot springs overseas.

She went to run the bath and came back to complete the body massage. After the amazing body massage, I was so relaxed that I felt sleepy and I could have dozed off right there.

Ching then told me that the body massage was completed and guided me to the bath area to have my milk bath.

Before leaving, she put a little alarm clock near the bathtub for me to be able to keep track of the time, and told me to enjoy the milk bath and that I could use the shower area to shower my body after the milk bath.

In totally privacy, I soaked in the hot milk bath, and felt my skin being luxuriously moisturised, becoming soft and supple.

After enjoying the milk bath, I changed and immediately took a taxi home because Baby Maeleth needed me to quickly return home to feed her and to pat her to sleep -
currently I'm the only one who can do both consistently.

I love that the taxi stand is located right outside the Kenko outlet, making it very convenient to get there and to go home/go somewhere else.

So all in all, I totally enjoyed my "Simply Bliss" spa therapy experience at Kenko Reflexology & Spa at Marina Square!!
