The Wuhan novel coronavirus will not kill you. Psalm 91 covers your whole life and in every way. Let faith arise as you memorize, quote, and meditate on this psalm. See yourself completely protected by God because of the precious blood that Jesus shed at the cross.

If you let fear control you, you will end up being selfish and stop being kind.

How good it is for the brethren to dwell in unity. There in God’s house you find the oil of anointing flowing and God commanding His blessing.

In view of the coronavirus situation, New Creation Church service venues have state of the art thermal scanners in place to check the temperature of every person that attends church.

You usually find viruses tapering off in the middle of the year. Believe for it to happen even earlier than that.

Judges 6:11-16 - Gideon was threshing wheat at night, hiding from Israel’s enemies.
The Angel of the Lord (Yahweh) refers to the pre-incarnate Christ.
Your weakness is actually your might.

“Yahweh’s angel came, and sat under the oak which was in Ophrah, that belonged to Joash the Abiezrite. His son Gideon was beating out wheat in the wine press, to hide it from the Midianites. Yahweh’s angel appeared to him, and said to him, “Yahweh is with you, you mighty man of valor!” Gideon said to him, “Oh, my lord, if Yahweh is with us, why then has all this happened to us? Where are all his wondrous works which our fathers told us of, saying, ‘Didn’t Yahweh bring us up from Egypt?’ But now Yahweh has cast us off, and delivered us into the hand of Midian.” Yahweh looked at him, and said, “Go in this your might, and save Israel from the hand of Midian. Haven’t I sent you?” He said to him, “O Lord, how shall I save Israel? Behold, my family is the poorest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house.” Yahweh said to him, “Surely I will be with you, and you shall strike the Midianites as one man.”” (Judges‬ ‭6:11-16‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Judges 6:22-24 - Right before this, the Angel of the Lord received the offering by fire, proving that He is the Lord and not just an angel—angels don’t receive offerings.
The altar’s name in Hebrew is “Yahweh Shalom”.
The context is that you shall not die—the Wuhan novel coronavirus will not kill you.

“Gideon saw that he was Yahweh’s angel; and Gideon said, “Alas, Lord Yahweh! Because I have seen Yahweh’s angel face to face!” Yahweh said to him, “Peace be to you! Don’t be afraid. You shall not die.” Then Gideon built an altar there to Yahweh, and called it “Yahweh is Peace.” To this day it is still in Ophrah of the Abiezrites.” (Judges‬ ‭6:22-24‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

20 in Hebrew is kaf. 2020 is kaf kaf—two open hands of blessing.
In this season, why not greet your friends with two open hands of blessing instead of shaking hands?

In Hebrew, “barak” means blessing. It is made up of three Hebrew letters bet, resh, kaf. This means the Son of the House is blessing with the open hand.

God has given us ways to receive His protection through faith

In Psalm 91, the first Hebrew word is yeshiva which means to sit. Sit with Christ if you want to access God’s protection promises.
In terms of sin, you have been forgiven. In terms of favor, you don’t have not earn it—freely receive it. Sit down.
You’re seated with Christ far above all enemies—even the coronavirus.

The first Hebrew letter that opens Psalm 91 is yud.
The last Hebrew letter that closes Psalm 91 is also yud.
Yud is a picture of a hand.
It’s like God having you safe and secure between His hands.

The house of God is the place of life. Not the building, but the gathering of God’s people. Don’t forsake the gathering of the church.

Ruth’s husband died while away from Israel. It’s like being far away from God’s house is the place of death.

Ruth went back to Israel with her mother-in-law Naomi. There, Ruth met a wealthy man who was eligible to be her kinsman redeemer.
A kinsman redeemer has to be willing and able to redeem.
Boaz is a picture of our Lord Jesus Christ who became our kinsman redeemer.

Ruth married Boaz and became the great-grandmother of King David, and she is in the genealogy of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The name Boaz is mentioned 20 times in the Book of Ruth. 20 is the number of redemption.
5 is the number of Grace.
The 5th time the name of Ruth is mentioned, it says she found grace in the eyes of Boaz.
The 5th time Noah’s name is mentioned, it also says he found grace in the eyes of the Lord.

Exodus 26:18-20 - In the temple of Solomon, the boards of wood overlaid with gold are fitted into two silver sockets representing the two hands of God the Father and Jesus holding us securely.
The boards are placed side by side, showing how God wants us in unity.
The boards are linked by golden poles—representing the Holy Spirit sealing us—we will never lose our salvation.

“You shall make the boards for the tabernacle, twenty boards for the south side southward. You shall make forty sockets of silver under the twenty boards; two sockets under one board for its two tenons, and two sockets under another board for its two tenons. For the second side of the tabernacle, on the north side, twenty boards,” (Exodus‬ ‭26:18-20‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Luke 21:24-25 - Jesus prophesied that Jerusalem would fall to the Romans.
Afterwards, because the Romans burnt Jerusalem to the ground, Pompeii was destroyed by the eruption of a volcano called Mount Vesuvius.
Jerusalem is a hotbed of conflict and political struggle. It’s spiritual, not just natural.
When we see Jerusalem fully back in the hands of the Jews, we’ll know that the Rapture is close.
This generation has seen more signs in the sky than previous generations. There’s been many special eclipses and even blood moons.
Roaring of the sea and the waves includes tsunamis.

“They will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be led captive into all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled down by the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. There will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars; and on the earth anxiety of nations, in perplexity for the roaring of the sea and the waves;” (Luke‬ ‭21:24-25‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

When Jesus returns to rule on earth, there will be righteousness and justice.

God cannot infringe the free choice He gave to man. He cannot just stop Adam from sinning, if not free choice is no longer free choice.

The reason why people grow sick, get weak, age and die is because of the law of sin and death working in the body.
Jesus set us free.
We are now under the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:2).
Airplanes can fly because the law of thrust and lift can exceed the law of gravity.
If you are fearful, you will absorb everything that is negative.
If you are in faith, you will repel everything that is negative.
If disease germs touch you, they will die.

The Scriptural posture for a believer is to look forward to Jesus’ return. We are not waiting for death. Don’t look down—look up!

Luke 21:26-28 - The word for “heavens” in Greek is ouranos, which is also the same word for uranium.
Today there’s nuclear plants that constantly shake uranium.
We are living in dangerous times for the world.
Our bodily redemption draws near. Our bodies will be transformed to be like Jesus’ glorified, immortal body.
There will be no more sickness, aging, weakness or death in our new bodies.
You can eat food in your new body. Jesus ate fish and honey in His new body.
The Antichrist will only appear publicly after the Rapture.

“men fainting for fear, and for expectation of the things which are coming on the world: for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. But when these things begin to happen, look up, and lift up your heads, because your redemption is near.”” (Luke‬ ‭21:26-28‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Luke 21:11 - We see so many earthquakes nowadays. "Plagues" like the coronavirus.
Even if the coronavirus is over, there are still other dangers in this world.
When the Lord sends pestilences, it’s in the permissive tense, not the causative tense.
This means that the Lord lifted His hand of protection and allowed the pestilence to come in.
The idea is that God is always protecting us.

“There will be great earthquakes, famines, and plagues in various places. There will be terrors and great signs from heaven.” (Luke‬ ‭21:11‬ ‭WEB‬)

1 Corinthians 10:11 - We study the Old Testament to see God’s pattern of doing things.

“Now all these things happened to them by way of example, and they were written for our admonition, on whom the ends of the ages have come.” (1 Corinthians‬ ‭10:11‬ ‭WEB)

Exodus 12:13 - The only thing that protected Israel from the destroyer that night was the blood.
Declare the blood of Jesus to cover your family.
You can pray a blood-line around your family, your business, your possessions and your ministry.

“The blood shall be to you for a token on the houses where you are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and there shall no plague be on you to destroy you, when I strike the land of Egypt.” (Exodus‬ ‭12:13‬ ‭WEB)

Next week, bring your bottles of anointing oil. Pastor Prince will pray together with the congregation for the oils to be anointed for healing and protection.

Sometimes God gives strange instructions but they have powerful results.
God’s ways are easily accessible to all. You can just use olive oil.

Exodus 12:23-24 - This last plague happened by the Lord allowing the destroyer to destroy in the houses which did not have the blood of the lamb on the door.
This allowing is in a permissive way, not causative.

“For Yahweh will pass through to strike the Egyptians; and when he sees the blood on the lintel, and on the two door posts, Yahweh will pass over the door, and will not allow the destroyer to come in to your houses to strike you. You shall observe this thing for an ordinance to you and to your sons forever.” (Exodus‬ ‭12:23-24‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Psalm 91:6-7 - You are protected from the pestilence that walks in darkness. You don’t know where it is, but it shall not come near you.
The word pestilence is deber in Hebrew. It’s made of the letters dalet, bet and resh.
The etymology of this word is dabar which means word.
The words you say has something got to do with you receiving or being protected from this pestilence.

“nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you.” (Psalms‬ ‭91:6-7‬ ‭WEB)

Genesis 15:1 - Abraham saw a vision of a shield.
“Word” in the verse is also dabar. See yourself protected by a shield.
We’re not depending on the law of probability. We depend on the infallibility of God’s word.
God leads us to be at the right place at the right time.
Pastor Prince loves to go to Israel, but last year he didn’t feel God releasing him to go there this year.
That’s before he even knew about the Wuhan novel coronavirus or the tensions in Israel right now. God leads us from within step by step.

“After these things Yahweh’s word came to Abram in a vision, saying, “Don’t be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.”” (Genesis‬ ‭15:1‬ ‭WEB)

Psalm 91 covers all parts of our life and our body.
The feathers covers us. We tread on the lions and serpents—covered from danger from below.
Dangers on our side and right hand will not come near us.
Your dwelling place (family) is protected.
You are protected day and night, midday and in the darkness—you are covered 24/7.
You are covered for your whole life—the Lord will satisfy you with long life.

There is something powerful about memorizing and quoting Psalm 91.
This psalm is full of hidden swords (zayin) to slice away the power of the enemy.

The power of life and death are in the tongue. The tongue latches on the power of God’s word.
The tongue is like the hyssop, that sprinkles the blood on the altar.

Every morning see yourself seated with Christ. See everything you need to do finished in Christ. Rest in Him.
