Pastor Joseph Prince revealed that 2020 is the year of time and space. God is going to manipulate time and space in your favor to bring you higher, faster as you trust Him by taking one step at a time. It’s going to be an amazing year for God’s people.

There’s always a theme whether you want to admit or not. This is true for both in the church and in the world.

God knows what is the emphasis for each year.

The theme of the year adds on. God doesn’t take it away. So it’s also still the year of the latter rain. It’s still raining blessings for God’s people.

When the whole world is full of darkness, even a small flicker will look very obvious to all.

You’re going to walk through the valley of the shadow of death. A shadow of a tiger never killed anybody—you won’t die from your trials.

God teaches you to profit and the way you should go. God doesn’t teach you to lose.

God is holy and sinful man can not enter God’s presence without perishing. It’s like how mud dries up and turns into clay when the sun shines on it.

When Jesus returns for us, our mortal bodies will be transformed.
Our new incorruptible body will have flesh and bones, and yet it transcends matter.
It can pass through walls and travel between places instantaneously.

God created the heavens and the earth by speaking. The Big Bang Theory is false.
No order comes out of chaos. No beauty comes out of destruction.

The tabernacle of Moses is a picture of Grace whereas the temple of Solomon is a picture of glory.

When people look at the temple of Solomon from outside, they can’t see the gold.
The gold is inside, in the Holy Place and the Holy of Holies.
When your friends and colleagues look at you, they can’t see the glory of Christ inside you.

God leads you from inside you. You have been perfectly cleansed by Jesus’ blood such that the Holy Spirit can dwell inside you.

God can use world leaders to speak prophetically.
Queen Elizabeth said this during her recent Christmas address, “Giant leaps come from small step...small steps bring lasting change.”
Whatever she said in her speech is highly-related to the theme of the year 2020.

When God gives us a theme of the year, He wants it to be evangelistic as well. It can’t be so obvious and direct like “the year of favor” or “the year of goodness”.
The theme of the year is also a conversation opener to give you opportunities to share the Gospel.

The stones used to build Solomon’s temple were cut and hewn at the quarry in the darkness and brought out to the temple location.
It’s just like us who were called out of darkness and brought into God’s marvelous light to become living stones in His temple.

Someone had to go into the darkness to bring the stones out.
They cannot come out themselves. We cannot redeem ourselves through the Ten Commandments.

1 Peter 2:4-5 - Jesus is a living stone chosen by God but who was rejected by man.
You are precious and unique, made by God.

“coming to him, a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God, precious. You also, as living stones, are built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.” (1 Peter‬ ‭2:4-5‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

1 Peter 2:9 - A king’s word has power. A priest is someone who gives glory to God.
We believers are all royal priests who go into God’s presence and come out with power.
True holiness is royalty. Jesus was dressed ordinarily but He exuded a mint of royalty.
There’s no one who brings more joy to God the Father than His Son Jesus.
Sentimentalism is not good. Don’t spoil your children just because they are precious to you. Children need to be disciplined.
Jesus is truly kind and humble, and yet He’s not servile.
When Jesus is firm, He’s not harsh.
Jesus is altogether lovely—more excellent than every other man.
Man looks at the outer appearance, whereas God is more concerned with what is inside your heart than how you look on the outside.
When people see the glorious light upon your life, they’ll want to be like you.
God’s going to bring you to a greater place of Biblical prosperity this year to glorify Him.
The greatest prosperity is to know Jesus.

“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:” (1 Peter‬ ‭2:9‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

The moment you believe in Jesus, God treats you like Jesus.
God doesn’t see your flaws and sins. He sees you overlaid with Jesus’ righteousness.
Just like how the stones in the temple are laid with cedar and overlaid with gold.

1 Chronicles 28:11-12 - God gave David the blueprint for the temple. It was not David’s own design.

“Then David gave to Solomon his son the plans for the porch of the temple, for its houses, for its treasuries, for its upper rooms, for its inner rooms, for the place of the mercy seat; and the plans of all that he had by the Spirit, for the courts of Yahweh’s house, for all the surrounding rooms, for the treasuries of God’s house, and for the treasuries of the dedicated things;” (1 Chronicles‬ ‭28:11-12‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

God wants to bring His people to a place of greater rest. People are so stressed out nowadays.

1 Chronicles 28:19 - This verse is not talking about automatic writing such as playing with an ouija board. When you deal with an evil spirit, it will always take from you.
God will not bypass our personality. It is David writing, but God giving the inspiration.
God speaks through His people. When you have a prompting from the Holy Spirit, God will also confirm it through His people.

““All this”, said David, “I have been made to understand in writing from Yahweh’s hand, even all the works of this pattern.”” (1 Chronicles‬ ‭28:19‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

We don’t need new year resolutions because those are by your own resolve (self-effort).

When Pastor Prince prepares sermons, he receives a verse or passage from God and writes it down. That triggers off more and more revelation for the rest of the sermon.

Psalms 29:9 - You are glorious because you are God’s temple. You are a walking temple of the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Joseph Prince revealed that 2020 is the year of time and space. Jesus is the Lord of Time and Space. He can manipulate them in your favor this year.

1 Kings 6:4-8 - The windows are for the entrance of light. The entrance of God’s word gives light.
The Lord will lead you by His Spirit, even in your diet. Don’t depend on the world’s wisdom.
The words of a talebearer are like wounds that go into your innermost parts.
Don’t read the evil comments on social media. They may even harm your body.
Guard your anointing and your peace.
If you want to read things on social media, follow men of God, Biblical teachings and Biblical archaeology in Israel. Things that build up and edify.
In 2020, shine for God’s glory. Let your homes have light when the world is full of darkness.
Let your mind be poised with equilibrium when the world is suffering all sorts of mental conditions—reach out to them and be a blessing.
As you go up to higher floors, you go up to a wider place. God wants to bring us higher this year.
There are chambers all around that surround the temple. This is what Jesus was referring to when He said “In My Father’s house are many chambers and I go to prepare a place for you.” The priests live in these quarters. We are God’s royal priests.
Love finds its joy in seeing its loved ones blessed.
Yes positionally-speaking we are already on the third floor, seated with Jesus in heavenly places.
Experientially-speaking, different believers possess different measures of their inheritance—more light from God’s word results in more possession of inheritance.
The first floor is where they kept the grain, wine and oil, as well as the tithes.
The second floor is the sleeping quarters for the priests. God wants us to experience deeper rest in Him.
Winding stairs allow people to gain the most height in the shortest time with the least space covered.
God wants us to gain spiritual ascendency in the shortest time possible this year.
Time and space are a trinity, just like God is Trinity.
Time has past, present and future. Space has length, breadth and height.
Time passes so slowly for those who wait. Time passes so quickly when you’re enjoying yourself. Time is eternal for those who love.
This was from a poem that Pastor Prince’s daughter Jessica wrote for her parents for Christmas.
This year God will manipulate time in your favor. He can suspend, accelerate and reverse time for you.
The chambers and the increase breadth of each floor speak of space. God will even use space for your good.
For winding stairs you can only see a few steps at a time.
You can’t see your whole destiny immediately. David couldn’t see that he would kill a giant, win battles and become king of Israel. He just obeyed his father and delivered the meals to his brothers on the battlefield.
Follow the Holy Spirit—one step at a time.
Don’t worry about tomorrow. Live one day at a time. God’s word is a lamp to your feet.
This is the secret of the winding stairs: saving time and space.
Step by step you’ll go to a higher place.

“He made windows of fixed lattice work for the house. Against the wall of the house, he built floors all around, against the walls of the house all around, both of the temple and of the inner sanctuary; and he made side rooms all around. The lowest floor was five cubits wide, and the middle was six cubits wide, and the third was seven cubits wide; for on the outside he made offsets in the wall of the house all around, that the beams should not be inserted into the walls of the house. The house, when it was under construction, was built of stone prepared at the quarry; and no hammer or ax or any tool of iron was heard in the house while it was under construction. The door for the middle side rooms was in the right side of the house. They went up by winding stairs into the middle floor, and out of the middle into the third.” (1 Kings‬ ‭6:4-8‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

The worth of the temple of Solomon is about $200 billion in today’s value.

2 Chronicles 3:9 - The third floor is overlaid with gold. It’s a treasury. God wants us to enjoy His glory, wisdom and His gifts.
God’s wisdom gives us long life, riches, honor pleasure and peace.
Solomon as a young man asked for wisdom from God. God gave him even riches and honor which he didn’t ask for.

“The weight of the nails was fifty shekels of gold. He overlaid the upper rooms with gold.” (2 Chronicles‬ ‭3:9‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Nehemiah 10:38-39 - Those who are serving God are in the house of God.
Don’t forsake coming together for church. Treat it as a time of feeding on royal treasures.

“The priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes. The Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes to the house of our God, to the rooms, into the treasure house. For the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the wave offering of the grain, of the new wine, and of the oil, to the rooms, where the vessels of the sanctuary are, and the priests who minister, with the porters and the singers. We will not forsake the house of our God.” (Nehemiah‬ ‭10:38-39‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Matthew 6:34 - Grace is given one day at a time—God gives us daily bread. When the time comes, the supply of Grace you need will be there.
There’s no Grace today for tomorrow.
In the wilderness, the manna stank if they kept it till the next day.
Every day has its fresh supply of Grace.
Your healing can also come day by day. Fresh portion of healing for each day.

““Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.” (Matthew‬ ‭6:34‬ ‭MSG‬)

John 2:1-2 - How many times have we lived with regret (living in the past) and how many times have we lived full of worry about the future? Let’s live and enjoy the present.

“The third day, there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there. Jesus also was invited, with his disciples, to the marriage.” (John‬ ‭2:1-2‬ ‭WEB)

John 2:5 - Start taking walks again. It’s good for your health, and ideas will come to you as you walk.
Jesus said to the infirm man, “Get up, take up your mat and walk.”
When you walk, God’s going to bless it with His power.

“His mother said to the servants, “Whatever he says to you, do it.”” (John‬ ‭2:5‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

John 2:11 - Wine takes many years to become good wine. The value of wine goes up the longer you keep it.
In this miracle, Jesus showed Himself as the Lord of Time. He will manipulate time in your favor.
This miraculous sign was a miracle of luxury. He blessed the wedding couple with the best wine.
Jesus didn’t do any miracles before He was anointed by the Holy Spirit.

“This beginning of his signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.” (John‬ ‭2:11‬ ‭WEB‬)

John 2:1 - Spiritually-speaking we are living in the third day. The Bible says that a thousand years with the Lord is as one day.
It is now more than 2000 years since Jesus’ death at the cross.
Day 1 is year 0 - 999. Day 2 is 1000 - 1999. Day 3 is 2000 - 2999.

“The third day, there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there.” (John‬ ‭2:1‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

John 4:50-54 - In this miracle, Jesus showed Himself as the Lord of Space.
In the first two signs He did, He showed us that He can bend time and space in our favor.

“Jesus said to him, “Go your way. Your son lives.” The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him, and he went his way. As he was now going down, his servants met him and reported, saying “Your child lives!” So he inquired of them the hour when he began to get better. They said therefore to him, “Yesterday at the seventh hour, the fever left him.” So the father knew that it was at that hour in which Jesus said to him, “Your son lives.” He believed, as did his whole house. This is again the second sign that Jesus did, having come out of Judea into Galilee.” (John‬ ‭4:50-54‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

The winding staircase represents the passage of time. The increasing floors and breadth represents space.

2020 is the Year of Time and Space.

Both of Jesus’ first two miracles were done in Cana of Galilee.
Cana means to acquire. We acquire in a circuit, like the winding staircase, one step at a time.

Resist the urge to say something and just listen. God will say it to you one step at a time.

Don’t think anymore in terms of natural Time and Space. God is going to do the miraculous.
It could be because time is short till Jesus’ return. It could be this year!
