The Four Expanses of the Heavens Revealed Part 1 - Where do Believers go when they die before the Rapture - Milton Goh SermonHave you ever experienced the loss of a loved one, or perhaps wondered where you will go when you depart to be with the Lord one day if the Rapture doesn't happen in your lifetime? The curious thing is that most people think the answer is "heaven" where God's throne, the Heavenly Father and Jesus are - God's word doesn't agree with this thinking! Don't worry we are not going to hell/Sheol/Hades either. So the big question is, "Where do believers go when they fall asleep in death before the Rapture?" In this sermon, you will receive a clear and fresh revelation about it, and the answer will cause your spirit to jump in joy because it's more familiar than you think! I hope this revelation that I received from the Holy Spirit will greatly bless you today, in Jesus' name! 24 June 2018 - Jesus Draws Near when you are Discouraged (at Caesarea Maritima) - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes - New Creation Church Sermon NotesPraise and Worship songs performed:
Pastor Prince preached this sermon on 11 March 2018 live in Israel. Paul preached the gospel from Caesarea Maritima westwards, to USA. Israel is the center of the world. And now, the gospel continues to be preached westwards, reaching Korea and China. The path of the righteous shines brighter and brighter until the perfect day. Finally the gospel will come one full circle and reach Jerusalem again. The gospel is not about do good, get good, do bad, get bad. The gospel is called the gospel of grace, or the gospel of peace. Galatians 1:6-9 - A different gospel is any other gospel than the grace of Christ. Paul pronounced a double curse on anyone who preaches any other gospel. Whoever preaches the true gospel will be doubly blessed. “I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed.” (Galatians 1:6-9 NKJV) When God gave the Law on Mount Sinai on the first Pentecost for Israel, 3000 people died. When God gave the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost, 3000 were saved. The Law kills, while Grace gives life. Romans 6:14 - The Law shows a reflection of sin, not of righteousness. It is a holy mirror that shows you as you are. The devil has put fences around grace and we need to rediscover the gospel that Paul preached. The Law is about do, Grace is about done. There is only one thing left do under Grace: rest in what Jesus has done. Under the Old Testament, the priests must not gird themselves with anything that causes them to sweat - we need to rest in God. We pray from victory, not for victory. “For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.” (Romans 6:14 NKJV) Why we love Pororo Park Singapore(Disclaimer: I received a sponsored Silver membership at Pororo Park Singapore, but I wrote this blog post of my own accord - it wasn't part of the terms of sponsorship. All opinions written in this post are honest and my own. This post also contains affiliate links so I may make some commission if you purchase products through my links.) You may be wondering, why bring my little one to an indoor playground when I can just go to an outdoor playground for free? Well in my opinion, the only obvious benefit of those free outdoor playgrounds is that it is free. However there are many good benefits that your little ones are missing out on when you only bring them to outdoor playgrounds and not indoor playgrounds. After trying many indoor playgrounds in Singapore, Amilee and I still prefer to bring our 2 year old daughter Maeleth to Pororo Park Singapore in Marina Square. This is the full address: 6 Raffles Blvd, 02-29, Singapore 039594. You can visit their official website here. Being a super fan of the Pororo animated series by Iconix, Mae regularly requests to go back to Pororo Park, and there are many great reasons to bring her there. 17 June 2018 - The Power in Knowing God as your Father - Pastor Lawrence Lim Sermon Notes - New Creation Church Sermon NotesPraise and Worship songs performed: (I missed out songs before this)
Last year in September 2017, the Lord spoke to Pastor Joseph Prince to pray for the salvation of North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un. At that time relations between USA and North Korea were very tense. But praise Jesus that just a few days ago, Singapore hosted the Trump-Kim Summit. In just less than a year, relations turned around for good. It’s like a heavenly wink from God. President Donald Trump called Singapore a country of profound grace and beauty. Of all the words he could have said, he said “grace”. A word that we in New Creation Church are so familiar with. Prayer changes everything. You can pray and things will turn around for your good. Just coming to service on Sunday is not enough - We need to be in constant contact with God’s word throughout the week. We also need to be constantly connected through kingdom friendships. John 17:6 - The prayer in John 17 is the longest prayer by Jesus recorded in the Bible. It is called the High Priestly Prayer because He was interceding for us to God. Jesus looked into the future and was interceding for us who would believe in Him. Jesus came to reveal a name of God that was not commonly known to the people. There are many names of God: Elohim (Creator God - it’s a plural name which points to the triune nature of God), Yahweh (Covenant-keeping God), El-Shaddai (Almighty God), and more. Jesus came to reveal the name “Father” (Abba). The name of God as Father was revealed in the Old Testament but it was not commonly used. Examples of places in the Old Testament where God is referred to as Father: Psalm 103 and Isaiah 9. ““I have manifested Your name to the men whom You have given Me out of the world. They were Yours, You gave them to Me, and they have kept Your word.” (John 17:6 NKJV) “As a father pities his children, So the LORD pities those who fear Him.” (Psalms 103:13 NKJV) “For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” (Isaiah 9:6 NKJV) John 17:11-12 - When you know God as Father, there is a protective power made available for you. If you call God “Creator”, you will feel distant from Him. If you call God “Father”, you will feel close and there is an intimacy. Fear is irrational. When we feel fearful, we can run to our Heavenly Father Who is completely fearless. “Now I am no longer in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep through Your name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as We are. While I was with them in the world, I kept them in Your name. Those whom You gave Me I have kept; and none of them is lost except the son of perdition, that the Scripture might be fulfilled.” (John 17:11-12 NKJV) Psalm 91 is saying that the protection we yearn for is found when we are near to God. We are so close to God - we are in the shadow of the Almighty. If He could He would - Happy Father’s Day devotionalIt’s Father’s Day! To every dad reading this, I pray that today you will receive a greater anointing as a believer, as a husband, and as a father. Let’s also take this time to honor our Heavenly Father Who has adopted us as His own children. We praise You Abba Father! You know, in the past before I became a dad, I could not relate to our Heavenly Father’s love. I was even thinking: “If the Father really loves us so much then why did He send Jesus to die instead of doing it Himself?” I am ashamed to admit that I even thought it was cowardly of Him to send Jesus instead of coming to die Himself. I was so ignorant at that time - praise Jesus that we don’t remain stagnant in our walk with God - that we keep grow in the knowledge of God’s truths and ways. In case anyone is having the same thoughts as I was, today’s devotional aims to show you the true heart of our Abba Father: “While you have the light, believe in the light, that you may become sons of light.” These things Jesus spoke, and departed, and was hidden from them. But although He had done so many signs before them, they did not believe in Him, that the word of Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spoke: “Lord, who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?” Therefore they could not believe, because Isaiah said again: “He has blinded their eyes and hardened their hearts, Lest they should see with their eyes, Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, So that I should heal them.” These things Isaiah said when he saw His glory and spoke of Him.” (John 12:36-41 NKJV) Jesus is referred to as the “arm of the Lord”. “Who has believed our message? And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed? ... But the LORD was pleased To crush Him, putting Him to grief; If He would render Himself as a guilt offering, He will see His offspring, He will prolong His days, And the good pleasure of the LORD will prosper in His hand.” (Isaiah 53:1, 10 NASB) When Jesus was scourged, humiliated and crucified, it felt to the Father like His own arm was crushed. Jesus is a part of the Father and that is how dear Jesus is to the Father’s heart. Make no mistake - it was much more painful for the Father to see Jesus suffer and die than to go through it Himself. 10 June 2018 - Cry out to God and be Filled with His Goodness - New Creation Church Sermon Notes (Pastor Lim Lian Neo)Praise and Worship songs performed:
Proverbs 3:13 - God wants us to have wisdom because He wants us to be happy. Nothing else can compare with wisdom because wisdom is Jesus Himself. “Happy is the man who finds wisdom, And the man who gains understanding; For her proceeds are better than the profits of silver, And her gain than fine gold. She is more precious than rubies, And all the things you may desire cannot compare with her.” (Proverbs 3:13-15 NKJV) Psalm 107:43 - Lovingkindness in Hebrew is “hesed”. “Whoever is wise will observe these things, And they will understand the lovingkindness of the LORD.” (Psalms 107:43 NKJV) Psalm 107:1-3 - If you’re going through a challenge, that challenge won’t endure forever. God’s grace will endure forever in your life! The context of this passage: The Lord delivered the children of Israel from Babylonian captivity through king Cyrus. “Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy, And gathered out of the lands, From the east and from the west, From the north and from the south.” (Psalms 107:1-3 NKJV) Psalm 107:4-5 - These people have lost their way. “They wandered in the wilderness in a desolate way; They found no city to dwell in. Hungry and thirsty, Their soul fainted in them.” (Psalms 107:4-5 NKJV) Psalm 107:10-12 - These people have lost their freedom. “Those who sat in darkness and in the shadow of death, Bound in affliction and irons— Because they rebelled against the words of God, And despised the counsel of the Most High, Therefore He brought down their heart with labor; They fell down, and there was none to help.” (Psalms 107:10-12 NKJV) Psalm 107:17-18 - These people have lost their health by their own fault. Even if your problem is of your own making, through hesed wisdom, God can still deliver you out of it. “Fools, because of their transgression, And because of their iniquities, were afflicted. Their soul abhorred all manner of food, And they drew near to the gates of death.” (Psalms 107:17-18 NKJV) Psalm 107:23-27 - These people have lost their hope. The Lord is dealing with the enemies of Israel (the world). Sometimes we get involved with the things of the world and get caught up in what God is doing against them. “Those who go down to the sea in ships, Who do business on great waters, They see the works of the LORD, And His wonders in the deep. For He commands and raises the stormy wind, Which lifts up the waves of the sea. They mount up to the heavens, They go down again to the depths; Their soul melts because of trouble. They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, And are at their wits’ end.” (Psalms 107:23-27 NKJV) Free Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Archive - Find the Message for your Season

Jesus’ grace is attracted to and made perfect in your weaknesses. Grace flows in the worry-free areas of your life. If you can’t discern what God is doing behind the scenes, just look at what the devil is doing. God never plays catch up. The devil plays catch up. What the devil does is visible and palpable. It’s easier to see what he’s doing. When baby Moses was born, the devil instigated Pharaoh to throw all the baby boys into the River Nile. Yet at that time a champion was born. The devil was playing catch up. When Jesus was born, it was a silent night. It was quiet, not loud. The devil instigated King Herod to slaughter all the babies under the age of two. If you were a Hebrew mother at that time, how would you feel? It seemed to be the worst of times, but actually the devil was playing catch up to what God has done. What the devil does manifests really fast. That’s like how Ishmael came from Hagar. Things born of the flesh are temporal. Things born of God may take a longer time to manifest, but they are sure and lasting. That’s like how Isaac came from Sarah after a long wait. |
