26 March 2017 - Good Things Happen to Us When We Have Peace - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online - New Creation Church Sermon Notes Online
This sermon was originally preached back in 2006. The anointing of God is timeless, so the power of God that was present and available back then is still available for you today! Man's way is based on the avoidance-mentality. Books on health talk about avoiding types of food - almost like saying we need to become vegetarian and eat only fruits and vegetables. Those who advocate that are implying that the earth has not fallen. We cannot trust in creation, we must trust in redemption. Romans 5:1-2 - If you are saved, you have peace with God. Once you believe in what Jesus has done for you at the cross, you have been justified by faith. In Greek, it also says "Let us have peace", let us possess that peace with God actively. Many people have more faith in the devil's ability to hurt and destroy them than in God's protection. Faith can be defined as having a good opinion of God. Abraham was strong in faith because he had a good opinion of God. If God shuts a window it's because He's about to rip off the roof! If God closes a door, he's about to open the gate - If you are successful at a smaller calling, you won't go pursue a higher calling. God wants to take you higher! “Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.” (Romans 5:1-2 NKJV) Abraham had such a good opinion of God that he brought his beloved son Isaac up to Mount Moriah to be sacrificed. He couldn't see God leading the ram up to the mountain too as Isaac's substitute. The world thinks that they have to watch their own backs and fend for themselves. They don't have a good opinion of God. God watches over His beloved, even when they are sleeping. One of the most beautiful creations made by God was made when man was sleeping - the woman. When you have this peace, you will have access into God's unmerited favor.

22 Feb 2017 – The Rapture is Your Blessed Hope in Dark Times – Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online – New Creation Church Midweek Service Sermon Notes OnlineTaste and see that the Lord is good. It is for us to experience and enjoy. It’s not just a concept, it’s a reality. God’s goodness will lead us to repentance. His goodness, if experienced first, will bring us to victory. Under the Old Covenant you have to repent before you see God’s goodness. Today, God says “Take as much as you can”. Even the capacity to receive His goodness, is goodness itself. Take God’s goodness first and you will repent without realizing it. The devil is outplaying his hand – By causing the focus to be on Israel in these last days, he is actually fulfilling Bible prophecy. Jesus said “your house is left to you desolate”. About 40 years after that, the Romans came in, destroyed the temple, and the Jews were scattered to the four corners of the earth. The Bible says that the Jews will come back again as a nation. We have seen Israel come back as a nation in our generation. God wants us to realize and to be alerted to the fact that we are in the last days. The Lord is our Bridegroom and He is coming back for us (His bride). Before the worst happens, the Lord will come back for us. The Great Tribulation is coming. It is also called the time of Jacob’s trouble. Many people are confused as to whether the Rapture will happen pre-Trib, mid-Trib or post-Trib. Some people say that they are “pan-Trib” – what does that mean? It means it will all pan out. That shows ignorance. The Lord doesn’t want us to be ignorant about His coming. After Jesus died, Mary Magdalene didn’t believe that Jesus rose from the dead, but she loved Him. Like Mary, we got to have a heart of love for Jesus. It’s better to have a heart full of love without having perfectly correct doctrine, than a mind full of Bible knowledge but with a heart as cold as ice. King Herod asked the Chief Priests and the Scribes where the Messiah will be born. They told the king that the Prophet Nahum said that the Messiah will be born in Bethlehem Ephratah. They used Bible knowledge to come against the Lord. Why do we want Bible knowledge? To tell our friends that we have more information than them? That’s pride. Knowledge puffs up, but love edifies. The Lord can teach those with a heart of love and take care of their doctrine. 19 March 2017 - God Still Uses Discouraged and Depressed People - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes Online - New Creation Church Sermon Notes OnlineJesus knows exactly what you're going through right now. He knows all about the secret struggles that you have that you don't tell anyone, not even your spouse. Jesus loves you! When Jesus was on earth, people started to follow Him. John the Baptist's disciples told John that this was happening. John the Baptist replied that Jesus must increase and that he must decrease, and a man can receive nothing except for what is first given to him from above. The anointing of God is timeless. If you watch or listen to Pastor Prince's sermon DVDs/CDs, you can still receive your miracle. As believers, we can lay hands on people and they will recover. Many people have been waiting for an area in their life to have a breakthrough and are asking "How long God?". James 5:17-18 - Elijah had a nature like ours. He's just like us and experienced the same struggles. Many people think that God will not favor or be with a person who is depressed and discouraged. Elijah's story proves that God can even use a man who is depressed. “Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit.” (James 5:17-18 NKJV) 5 Life Lessons and Moral Value In Disney's "Moana (2016)" (Spoilers Alert!)
