The coming of the Lord is divided into two parts. Firstly, there is the Rapture that commences the seven years of Tribulation, and then there is the Second Coming at the end of the Tribulation. When the Rapture happens, our vile bodies will be transformed into glorified, incorruptible bodies. Mark 16:5 - All the heavenly beings look young. “Entering into the tomb, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, dressed in a white robe, and they were amazed.” (Mark 16:5 WEB) 1 Corinthians 15:42 - If you have a born-again loved one who passed away in pain or looking weak, that same person will be raised glorious and incorruptible at the Rapture. “So also is the resurrection of the dead. The body is sown perishable; it is raised imperishable.” (1 Corinthians 15:42 WEB) Hebrews 11:5-6 - God is attracted to faith. “By faith, Enoch was taken away, so that he wouldn’t see death, and he was not found, because God translated him. For he has had testimony given to him that before his translation he had been well pleasing to God. Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.” (Hebrews 11:5-6 WEB) When the woman with an issue of blood touched the hem of Jesus’ garments, He turned around and asked “Who touched Me” when the crowds were pushing on Him. God is attracted to faith. Christians receive rewards when they faithfully apply the grace that God gives them. 1 Corinthians 15:25-26 - At the Rapture, the last enemy which is Death will be put under Jesus’ feet. If death is the last enemy, then sickness and every virus will be put under His feet before that. “For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. The last enemy that will be abolished is death.” (1 Corinthians 15:25-26 WEB) Proverbs 12:28 - Do not pray to be taken home to Heaven prematurely. God can only use you for winning souls while you are here on earth. “In the way of righteousness is life; in its path there is no death.” (Proverbs 12:28 WEB) The devil is attacking the youths here in Singapore with depression and suicidal thoughts because he is afraid of the Benjamin generation. Being sensitive to the Holy Spirit will allow you to be at the right place at the right time, to minister to those who need it most. Do not let social media that is full of ‘highlight reels’ cause you depression and despair. Use your time to receive God’s word instead and see God’s good promises for your life.

18 July 2021 - Condemnation Kills - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes - New Creation Church Sermon NotesPastor Joseph Prince taught how condemnation produced by placing oneself under the Ten Commandments invites death to wreak havoc in your life. We are in the season of the Rapture, and the revelation of righteousness by faith is what will give us power to be alive and remaining when Jesus returns! Your soul prospers first, followed by you prospering in all things and being healthy. Ephesians 1:18-20 - Your spirit-man has ears and eyes too. Continue to pray the truths in the passage daily. “having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might which he worked in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places,” (Ephesians 1:18-20 WEB) Philippians 3:9-10 - God wants us to know His resurrection power. “and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own, that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming conformed to his death;” (Philippians 3:9-10 WEB) Genesis 2:7 - Adam’s body was made from the dust of the ground, while his spirit is from God’s breath. Adam’s name in Hebrew, “adamah”, means ground. It is to remind man to be humble. One-third of the former creation, the angels, led by Lucifer, rebelled against God. The root of this trespass was pride. “Yahweh God formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” (Genesis 2:7 WEB) Genesis 2:17 - The original Hebrew says “dying you shall die”. The moment Adam sinned, his spirit died. However, his body only died nine hundred over years later. Do not say that only your spirit is your real self. God made you—body, soul, and spirit. Many people close disregard their body and soul and do not experience the resurrection power of God in these realms. Jesus will be coming back for us soon and we will receive our new glorified bodies. Even today, sin still brings death. “and of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, thou dost not eat of it, for in the day of thine eating of it — dying thou dost die.’” (Genesis 2:17 YLT98) Romans 8:10 - The whole chapter talks about being conscious of the righteous spirit and not the sinful flesh. When you are conscious of the righteousness in your spirit, the power of the Holy Spirit will flow into your soul, and also touch your body. “If Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the spirit is alive because of righteousness.” (Romans 8:10 WEB) 1 Corinthians 15:25-26 - Every enemy will be put under Jesus’ feet before death is finally abolished. That means that all viruses will be placed under Jesus’ feet too. “For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. The last enemy that will be abolished is death.” (1 Corinthians 15:25-26 WEB) Philippians 3:21 - The last part of our redemption that we are still waiting for is the redemption of our bodies. “who will change the body of our humiliation to be conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working by which he is able even to subject all things to himself.” (Philippians 3:21 WEB) Luke 21:28 - The signs are telling us that Jesus’ return is close at hand. “But when these things begin to happen, look up, and lift up your heads, because your redemption is near.”” (Luke 21:28 WEB) 11 July 2021 - Resurrection Life in Your Mortal Body - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes - New Creation Church Sermon NotesPastor Joseph Prince taught us how to receive the resurrection life of God into our mortal bodies, so that we can experience healing and divine health. Raise a Hallelujah - Elevation Worship 2. Wonderful (Grace Made Real) - New Creation Worship Romans 6:23 - When Jesus came, His primary purpose was to give us life, and life more abundantly. He did not come to make bad people good, but to make dead people live. “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23 WEB) The past few weeks, the sermons have a common theme of “death versus life”. God wants to show us how to receive life in our soul, spirit, and especially our body because many of us are missing it in our body. When Jesus’ life touched the leper, death departed and the leper was healed. Healing is actually the impartation of life. John 10:10 - Life more abundantly means that there are different measures of life. The highest quality of life is “zoe aionon”—eternal life; resurrection life; the quality of life which God lives by. “The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.” (John 10:10 WEB) Romans 7:9 - Pastor Prince believes that Paul was alive when he was a child, but when he reached the age of accountability, he died spiritually. When young children pass away, they will immediately be in Heaven. “I was alive apart from the law once, but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.” (Romans 7:9 WEB) Hebrews 2:14-15 - The devil uses the fear of death to bring people into bondage. God already foresaw all these plagues in the end times. The devil knows that Jesus is coming back soon, and he is trying to kill as many as he can, and bring the world into the bondage of fear. Jesus took on flesh and blood so that He could die as the atoning sacrifice for our sins. “Since then the children have shared in flesh and blood, he also himself in the same way partook of the same, that through death he might bring to nothing him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and might deliver all of them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.” (Hebrews 2:14-15 WEB) Acts 10:38 - Sickness is oppression from the devil. “even Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed him with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.” (Acts 10:38 WEB) 1 Corinthians 15:25-26 - All sicknesses are enemies of God. Jesus must reign until all enemies are put under His feet, until death is also abolished (at the Rapture). Death is an enemy. God did not design for man to die. “For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. There is None Like You - Lenny LeBlanc Mark 5:25-33 - The woman was unfruitful for twelve years and she tried her best in natural means to fix her problem. She was in a helpless and hopeless situation. The woman heard about Jesus. What she heard about Jesus gripped her heart and caused her to have hope. She must have heard good things about Jesus, about how He was going around healing people. When she heard about Him, faith arose in her heart. Many people there touched Jesus but did not get healed. The woman was healed after touching Him because she had faith to be healed. Now is the time of salvation. Today is a great today for your miracle. God is willing to heal you. Faith in Jesus caused Him (the omnipotent God) to stop in His tracks. Reach out and touch Jesus—you will receive your miracle. The woman feared and trembled from experiencing God’s goodness. She was in awe of the miracle. “A certain woman, who had an issue of blood for twelve years, and had suffered many things by many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was no better, but rather grew worse, having heard the things concerning Jesus, came up behind him in the crowd, and touched his clothes. For she said, “If I just touch his clothes, I will be made well.” Immediately the flow of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of her affliction. Immediately Jesus, perceiving in himself that the power had gone out from him, turned around in the crowd, and asked, “Who touched my clothes?” His disciples said to him, “You see the multitude pressing against you, and you say, ‘Who touched me?’” He looked around to see her who had done this thing. But the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had been done to her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.” (Mark 5:25-33 WEB) Romans 8:32 - If God delivered up Jesus for your sake, He will not withhold lesser things like healing and provision from you. “He who didn’t spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?” (Romans 8:32 WEB) John 10:11 - Our God is a good God. The devil is a bad devil. The lines are clear. All the bad things that happened to you are from the devil, not from God. God is always good to you. “The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.” (John 10:10-11 WEB) Romans 2:4 - Today we “fear and tremble” from experiencing God’s goodness and being in awe of it—not a slavish fear of His punishment. “Or do you despise the riches of his goodness, forbearance, and patience, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?” (Romans 2:4 WEB) Jeremiah 33:9 - When people see the goodness of God, they will fear and tremble. “This city shall be to me for a name of joy, for a praise and for a glory, before all the nations of the earth, which shall hear all the good that I do to them, and shall fear and tremble for all the good and for all the peace that I procure to it.’”” (Jeremiah 33:9 WEB) |
