Isaiah 50:4 - We can encourage and strengthen people with God’s word.

“The Lord Yahweh has given me the tongue of those who are taught, that I may know how to sustain with words him who is weary. He wakens morning by morning, he wakens my ear to hear as those who are taught.” (Isaiah‬ ‭50:4‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Amos 8:11 - In the last days, the famine is a famine of hearing God’s word.

“Behold, the days come,” says the Lord Yahweh, “that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing Yahweh’s words.” (Amos‬ ‭8:11‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

John 5:39 - The Scriptures are about Jesus.

““You search the Scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life; and these are they which testify about me.” (John‬ ‭5:39‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Luke 24:27 - We call upon Jesus to give us true bread which is the revelation about Him.

“Beginning from Moses and from all the prophets, he explained to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.” (Luke‬ ‭24:27‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

The Rapture is imminent. It can happen anytime and there are no signs we are waiting for to happen before the Rapture.

Isaiah 60:2, 4 - Just before Jesus returns, it shall be a time of darkness in the world. There will be family restoration blessings in these end times.

“For, behold, darkness will cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but Yahweh will arise on you, and his glory shall be seen on you. “Lift up your eyes all around, and see: they all gather themselves together. They come to you. Your sons will come from far away, and your daughters will be carried in arms.” (Isaiah‬ ‭60:2, 4‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

In Egypt, God sent ten plagues. The ninth plague was of thick darkness.

Ecclesiastes 3:15 - What has happened before is a prototype of what we see now.

“That which is has been long ago, and that which is to be has been long ago: and God seeks again that which is passed away.” (Ecclesiastes‬ ‭3:15‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

David is a type of Jesus. David was first rejected and those who followed him lived in caves. We are like in those times now. After that, David took the throne and his followers were able to enjoy his reign. When Jesus returns to reign on earth, we will reign with Him. We will receive rewards like positions of authority and authority over cities in Christ’s kingdom on earth.

God wants us to enjoy family blessings

Exodus 10:21-23 - God wants you to enjoy light in your dwellings. The Egyptians could not drive away the darkness by lighting a candle. It was a supernatural darkness. Likewise, the light in the homes of the children of Israel was supernatural light.
Allow the Father of lights to bring His heavenly light into your home and family.

“Yahweh said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand toward the sky, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt.” Moses stretched out his hand toward the sky, and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt for three days. They didn’t see one another, and nobody rose from his place for three days; but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.” (Exodus‬ ‭10:21-23‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Matthew 5:16 - When our light shines, we will produce good works that bears testament to God’s goodness and glory in our lives.
Good works are an outflow of the life of Christ in us.

Galatians 5:19-20, 22 - Works is the result of flesh. Fruit is the result of the life of Christ in you.
Listen to the Holy Spirit’s promptings and flow with Him.
We have the Spirit inside us whom we can follow.
The Spirit will lead us to exceed the requirements of the Law.

“Now the deeds of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith,” (Galatians‬ ‭5:19-20, 22‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Genesis 7:1 - The man is the head and leader of the household. The man’s household is blessed when he is righteous in Christ.
If you are a single mum, then you become the head of the household and your children are blessed through you.

“Yahweh said to Noah, “Come with all of your household into the ship, for I have seen your righteousness before me in this generation.” (Genesis‬ ‭7:1‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Genesis 18:32 - God is always slow to judge and slow to anger.
Before God judged Sodom and Gomorrah, He paid a visit to Abraham.
Abraham did not intercede all the way for mercy upon the cities if there was one righteous person. Only Lot was righteous.

“He said, “Oh don’t let the Lord be angry, and I will speak just once more. What if ten are found there?” He said, “I will not destroy it for the ten’s sake.”” (Genesis‬ ‭18:32‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Genesis 12:7 - God thinks generationally. He wants to bless your generations. Holiness is to think like God—loving what He loves, and hating what He hates.

“Yahweh appeared to Abram and said, “I will give this land to your offspring.” He built an altar there to Yahweh, who had appeared to him.” (Genesis‬ ‭12:7‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Proverbs 22:6 - What you sow into your young child will be hard to get rid of when he is all grown up.
What we are exposed to at a young age is a cultivated taste that usually stays with us throughout life.
All children need the benefit of being in nature (outdoors). It helps them to de-stress and have a break from the urbanized environment we live in.

“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs‬ ‭22:6‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Psalm 34:8 - God wants us to experience His goodness.

“Oh taste and see that Yahweh is good. Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.” (Psalms‬ ‭34:8‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

I Peter 5:8 - The devil is out to get your children. He will devour them if he can.

“Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” (1 Peter‬ ‭5:8‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Exodus 10:8-11 - The devil wants you to exclude your children when you are involved in the things of God.

“Moses and Aaron were brought again to Pharaoh, and he said to them, “Go, serve Yahweh your God; but who are those who will go?” Moses said, “We will go with our young and with our old; with our sons and with our daughters, with our flocks and with our herds will we go; for we must hold a feast to Yahweh.” He said to them, “Yahweh be with you if I will let you go with your little ones! See, evil is clearly before your faces. Not so! Go now you who are men, and serve Yahweh; for that is what you desire!” They were driven out from Pharaoh’s presence.” (Exodus‬ ‭10:8-11‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

John 14:27 - Jesus gives us His peace that makes us cool.

“Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.” (John‬ ‭14:27‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Proverbs 17:27 - The idea of being “cool” actually comes from the Bible.

“Whoever restrains his words has knowledge, and he who has a cool spirit is a man of understanding.” (Proverbs‬ ‭17:27‬ ‭ESV‬‬)

Numbers 11:5-6 - We cannot be feeding on manna from Heaven and leave our children to feed on the inferior garlic, leeks, and onions from the world.

“We remember the fish, which we ate in Egypt for nothing; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlic; but now we have lost our appetite. There is nothing at all except this manna to look at.”” (Numbers‬ ‭11:5-6‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Isaiah 55:2 - Feed on God’s word which is good, and your soul will delight itself in richness.

“Why do you spend money for that which is not bread, and your labor for that which doesn’t satisfy? Listen diligently to me, and eat that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in richness.” (Isaiah‬ ‭55:2‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Deuteronomy 8:8 - The crops of Canaan grow to your standing level and you only need to restfully pluck them. On the other hand, the crops of Egypt are produced through back-breaking work.

“a land of wheat and barley, and vines and fig trees and pomegranates; a land of olive trees and honey;” (Deuteronomy‬ ‭8:8‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Numbers 11:31 - The quails were not on the ground, but they were fluttering slightly above the ground. God’s provision is easy to pick up and receive.

“A wind from Yahweh went out and brought quails from the sea, and let them fall by the camp, about a day’s journey on this side, and a day’s journey on the other side, around the camp, and about two cubits above the surface of the earth.” (Numbers‬ ‭11:31‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Deuteronomy 11:19-21 - Talk about Jesus to your children in daily life. Whenever there is an opportunity, use it to show something good about Jesus.
You shall enjoy days of Heaven above the earth with your family.

“You shall teach them your children, talking of them, when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up. You shall write them on the door posts of your house, and on your gates; that your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which Yahweh swore to your fathers to give them, as the days of the heavens above the earth.” (Deuteronomy‬ ‭11:19-21‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Revelation 22:13 - The Hebrew letters Aleph Tav is the divine signature of Jesus in the Bible.
Jesus introduced Himself to John in Hebrew as “Aleph Tav” (Alpha and Omega—the first and last letters in the Greek alphabet).

“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.” (Revelation‬ ‭22:13‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Joshua 2:10 - Jericho is a picture of the world, and Joshua is a picture of Jesus (his name in Hebrew is the same as Jesus’ name).
God is so good that He allowed Jericho to hear about Him forty years before He judged them.
Rahab heard about the time when God dried up the Red Sea for the children of Israel forty years ago.
Moses sent out twelve spies and ten of them brought back an evil report, causing the children of Israel to wander in the wilderness for forty years.
Joshua was not going to repeat the mistake. This time, he only sent two spies to Jericho, just like how only Joshua and Caleb were the spies who believed in God’s promises.

“For we have heard how Yahweh dried up the water of the Red Sea before you, when you came out of Egypt; and what you did to the two kings of the Amorites, who were beyond the Jordan, to Sihon and to Og, whom you utterly destroyed.” (Joshua‬ ‭2:10‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Joshua 2:15-21 - Rahab discerned that judgment was coming to Jericho. She foresaw the day of vengeance.
The scarlet cord is a picture of Jesus’ blood. Nothing can save us except for the blood of Jesus.

“Then she let them down by a cord through the window; for her house was on the side of the wall, and she lived on the wall. She said to them, “Go to the mountain, lest the pursuers find you. Hide yourselves there three days, until the pursuers have returned. Afterward, you may go your way.” The men said to her, “We will be guiltless of this your oath which you’ve made us to swear. Behold, when we come into the land, tie this line of scarlet thread in the window which you used to let us down. Gather to yourself into the house your father, your mother, your brothers, and all your father’s household. It shall be that whoever goes out of the doors of your house into the street, his blood will be on his head, and we will be guiltless. Whoever is with you in the house, his blood shall be on our head, if any hand is on him. But if you talk about this business of ours, then we shall be guiltless of your oath which you’ve made us to swear.” She said, “Let it be as you have said.” She sent them away, and they departed. Then she tied the scarlet line in the window.” (Joshua‬ ‭2:15-21‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Acts 16:29-34 - God wants to save your whole family. When you become a believer, there is an open door of opportunity for God to also save your whole family.
Your family has to make the personal decision to receive Jesus as Lord in order to be saved.

“He called for lights, sprang in, fell down trembling before Paul and Silas, brought them out, and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” They spoke the word of the Lord to him, and to all who were in his house. He took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes, and was immediately baptized, he and all his household. He brought them up into his house, and set food before them, and rejoiced greatly, with all his household, having believed in God.” (Acts‬ ‭16:29-34‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Joshua 6:22-23 - The words “young men” is translated from the Hebrew word “naar” which refers to someone between the age of infancy to twenty years old.
The end-time evangelists will be people from the younger generation.

“Joshua said to the two men who had spied out the land, “Go into the prostitute’s house, and bring the woman and all that she has out from there, as you swore to her.” The young men who were spies went in, and brought out Rahab with her father, her mother, her brothers, and all that she had. They also brought out all of her relatives, and they set them outside of the camp of Israel.” (Joshua‬ ‭6:22-23‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

God gave ample opportunity for Jericho to repent. The pillar of cloud and pillar of fire was always with Israel. The children of Israel went around the city of Jericho for many days to give Jericho chances to repent, but they did not.

God will accelerate the spiritual maturity of the youths in this end-time generation since Jesus’ return for the church is near.

2 Corinthians 12:10 - Pastor Prince does not believe that Samson was a muscular man. He thinks that Samson was possibly a skinny man. His strength was not natural but supernatural.
Samson had long hair—a picture of manifested weakness. In his weakness, he was made strong.

“Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong.” (2 Corinthians‬ ‭12:10‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

The kings of Israel ended up with a blind king (Zedekiah).

Revelation 3:18 - Christendom ended up with a blind church (Laodicea).

“I counsel you to buy from me gold refined by fire, that you may become rich; and white garments, that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and eye salve to anoint your eyes, that you may see.” (Revelation‬ ‭3:18‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

The judges ended with a blind judge (Samson).

Judges 16:26 - The end-time generation is going to hold the church by the hand.
Samson pushing the pillars down is a picture of Jesus crucified at the cross. In his death, Samson accomplished his greatest victory, just like how Jesus accomplished the greatest victory through His death at the cross.

“and Samson said to the boy who held him by the hand, “Allow me to feel the pillars whereupon the house rests, that I may lean on them.”” (Judges‬ ‭16:26‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Proverbs 2:6 - Age does not guarantee wisdom. The Lord gives wisdom. Do not despise Christian youths because God can accelerate their spiritual maturity.

“For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.” (Proverbs‬ ‭2:6‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

1 Thessalonians 4:15, 17 - To “remain” denotes God’s power. The end-time generation will have a revelation that enables them to stay alive until the Lord’s return.

“For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.” (I Thessalonians‬ ‭4:15-17‬ ‭NKJV‬‬)

Acts 20:7 - The early church prioritized partaking of the Lord’s Supper.

“On the first day of the week, when the disciples were gathered together to break bread, Paul talked with them, intending to depart on the next day, and continued his speech until midnight.” (Acts‬ ‭20:7‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Acts 2:46 - They also partook of the Lord’s Supper from house to house, not just on the Lord’s Day (Sunday).

“Day by day, continuing steadfastly with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread at home, they took their food with gladness and singleness of heart,” (Acts‬ ‭2:46‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Psalm 103:2, 5 - Why does God use the example of eagles? It is because eagles renew their feathers literally. We can receive physical youth renewal.

“Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who satisfies your desire with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” (Psalms‬ ‭103:2, 5‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Psalm 128:1-4 - You will be intoxicated by your wife’s love. God wants you to enjoy family blessings.

“Blessed is everyone who fears Yahweh, who walks in his ways. For you will eat the labor of your hands. You will be happy, and it will be well with you. Your wife will be as a fruitful vine, in the innermost parts of your house; your children like olive plants, around your table. Behold, thus is the man blessed who fears Yahweh.” (Psalms‬ ‭128:1-4‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Children pick up bad habits and defeated mentalities from their parents.

Genesis 39:4-5 - If you want your family to be blessed, put them in Jesus’ hands through prayer. Pray from your loved ones.
We are blessed in all things for Jesus’ sake.

“Joseph found favor in his sight. He ministered to him, and he made him overseer over his house, and all that he had he put into his hand. From the time that he made him overseer in his house, and over all that he had, Yahweh blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake. Yahweh’s blessing was on all that he had, in the house and in the field.” (Genesis‬ ‭39:4-5‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

You might want to check https://www.keionhenderson.com/sermon-on-family if you like listening to sermon on family. Pastor Henderson is mesmerizing with inspirational delivery and his sermons have lots of content. Periodically, I visit other churches and have a chance to hear various preachers but he is still on the top of my list.
