A vision is for the future.

Hebrews 11:1-3 - Faith is the currency of God’s kingdom. You give God your faith and you will receive the tangible effects of blessing.
You are not creating things out of nothing when you use your faith. You are receiving what is already there.

“Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen. For by this, the elders obtained testimony. By faith, we understand that the universe has been framed by the word of God, so that what is seen has not been made out of things which are visible.” (Hebrews‬ ‭11:1-3‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

2 Corinthians 4:18 - Our temporal bodies received life when God breathed into Adam and made him a living soul.
The eternal created the temporal.

“while we don’t look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” (2 Corinthians‬ ‭4:18‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Romans 3:23 - Heaven and Hell are real. The immortal human spirit must be housed somewhere—either in Heaven or Hell. Thankfully, Jesus provided a way for us to be saved from our sins.

“for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;” (Romans‬ ‭3:23‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Luke 24:30-31 - Adam had the choice whether to open his eyes through the tree of life or the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
The two disciples walking with Jesus on the road to Emmaus is a parallel with Yahweh God walking with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
Instead of their eyes being opened to see their nakedness, the two disciples knew Jesus.

“When he had sat down at the table with them, he took the bread and gave thanks. Breaking it, he gave to them. Their eyes were opened, and they recognized him, and he vanished out of their sight.” (Luke‬ ‭24:30-31‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Isaiah 1:1 - “Hazon” (translated as “vision”) is a noun. “Saw” is “chazah” which is the verb.
The word chazah also has the meaning of “provide”.
In your vision from God is the provision.

“The vision of Isaiah the son of Amoz, which he saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem, in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah.” (Isaiah‬ ‭1:1‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Exodus 18:21 - The word “provide” in this verse is also chazah.

“Moreover you shall provide out of all the people able men which fear God: men of truth, hating unjust gain; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.” (Exodus‬ ‭18:21‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Romans 8:2 - The law of the Spirit of life supersedes the law of sin and death.
We operate based on the higher law.

“For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death.” (Romans‬ ‭8:2‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

The provision is in the vision.

John 10:10 - The devil will never give you anything without taking something more precious away.

“The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.” (John‬ ‭10:10‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Genesis 13:14-18 - If you draw north, south, east, and west, you will get the shape of a cross. Our provision is in seeing the cross.
Instead of walking physically, Abraham walked spiritually by having an inward vision of the whole land.
We know that it wasn’t a physical walking because Abraham moved his tent to Mamre instead of physically walking across the whole land.

“Yahweh said to Abram, after Lot was separated from him, “Now, lift up your eyes, and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward, for all the land which you see, I will give to you, and to your offspring forever. I will make your offspring as the dust of the earth, so that if a man can count the dust of the earth, then your offspring may also be counted. Arise, walk through the land in its length and in its width; for I will give it to you.” Abram moved his tent, and came and lived by the oaks of Mamre, which are in Hebron, and built an altar there to Yahweh.” (Genesis‬ ‭13:14-18‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Deuteronomy 34:1 - Moses could not physically see the whole land of Canaan from Mount Nebo, but God showed it to him prophetically.

“Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is over against Jericho. Yahweh showed him all the land of Gilead, to Dan,” (Deuteronomy‬ ‭34:1‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Your vision is being enlarged before you actually walk in the reality of it.
A hazon vision trains you in your spirit before you walk in the physical reality.

Isaiah 53:5 - The word “wounds” in Hebrew is “chaburrah” which can also mean “alliance” like Hebron.
By our close connection with Jesus, we are healed.

“But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.” (Isaiah‬ ‭53:5‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Genesis 15:1-2 - Abraham probably saw a vision of a shield.
Gods is our exceedingly great reward.

“After these things Yahweh’s word came to Abram in a vision, saying, “Don’t be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.” Abram said, “Lord Yahweh, what will you give me, since I go childless, and he who will inherit my estate is Eliezer of Damascus?”” (Genesis‬ ‭15:1-2‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Genesis 33:9-11 - Esau has plenty, but Jacob has everything. The richest unbeliever in this world has plenty, but you who have Jesus, has everything.

“But Esau said, “I have plenty, my brother; keep what you have for yourself.” Jacob replied, “No, please, if now I have found favor in your sight, then accept my gift [as a blessing] from my hand, for I see your face as if I had seen the face of God, and you have received me favorably. Please accept my blessing (gift) which has been brought to you, for God has dealt graciously with me and I have everything [that I could possibly want].” So Jacob kept urging him and Esau accepted it.” (Genesis‬ ‭33:9-11‬ ‭AMP‬‬)

Philippians 4:19 - We are supplied “according to” and not “out of”. Everything that is Jesus’ is also ours.

“My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians‬ ‭4:19‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

John 5:24 - We have passed out of death into life. God will never punish us.

““Most certainly I tell you, he who hears my word, and believes him who sent me, has eternal life, and doesn’t come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.” (John‬ ‭5:24‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Romans 8:1 - There is no more condemnation from God towards us.

“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.” (Romans‬ ‭8:1‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

John 8:11 - We must get the order right: there is no more condemnation first, and that truth empowers us to go and sin no more.

“She said, “No one, Lord.” Jesus said, “Neither do I condemn you. Go your way. From now on, sin no more.”” (John‬ ‭8:11‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Genesis 15:5-6 - Abraham believed God and it was accounted to him as righteousness. We are saved in like manner: by grace through faith.
The word “count” can also mean to “declare [the story]”. In Hebrew, the word is “saphar”.
At that time, there was no Bible for Abraham to read. God showed Abraham the Gospel story in the stars.
The twelve constellations begins with Virgo and ends with Leo.
Virgo in the stars is a picture of the virgin who gives birth to the Messiah. Leo in the stars is a picture of Jesus the Lion from the tribe of Judah.
The imagery of “dust of the earth” helped Abraham to visualize his innumerable descendants during the daytime.
The imagery of “the stars of the heavens” helped him to visualize his multitude of descendants during the nighttime.
Start having visual aids to help you believe for what you want.

“Yahweh brought him outside, and said, “Look now toward the sky, and count the stars, if you are able to count them.” He said to Abram, “So will your offspring be.” He believed in Yahweh, who credited it to him for righteousness.” (Genesis‬ ‭15:5-6‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Psalm 19:1 - The word “declare” is also saphar in Hebrew.
The sun, moon, and stars display knowledge, but now they have been replaced by God’s word—we should look to God’s word to receive visions and godly knowledge.
Find faith pictures in God’s word to help you to believe.

“The heavens declare the glory of God. The expanse shows his handiwork. Day after day they pour out speech, and night after night they display knowledge...Yahweh’s law is perfect, restoring the soul. Yahweh’s testimony is sure, making wise the simple.” (Psalms‬ ‭19:1-2, 7‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Numbers 24:2-6 - The words “sees the vision” is machazeh in Hebrew. Same as “hazah” (the verb to “see” a vision).
See yourself as a tree planted by the waters, like in Psalm 1.

“Balaam lifted up his eyes, and he saw Israel dwelling according to their tribes; and the Spirit of God came on him. He took up his parable, and said, “Balaam the son of Beor says, the man whose eyes are open says; he says, who hears the words of God, who sees the vision of the Almighty, falling down, and having his eyes open: How goodly are your tents, Jacob, and your tents, Israel! As valleys they are spread out, as gardens by the riverside, as aloes which Yahweh has planted, as cedar trees beside the waters.” (Numbers‬ ‭24:2-6‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Genesis 17:1 - Abraham first saw the vision of his innumerable descendants 20 years before this incident, when he was still 79 years of age.
In this verse, he was 99 years old, and still had no son from Sarah.
God changed Abram’s (high father) name to Abraham (father of many).
Abraham saw and spoke differently for only three months and the baby came.

“When Abram was ninety-nine years old, Yahweh appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am God Almighty. Walk before me, and be blameless.” (Genesis‬ ‭17:1‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

2 Corinthians 4:13 - There is a lot of emphasis on speaking nowadays, but not as much emphasis on seeing (in the heart).

“But having the same spirit of faith, according to that which is written, “I believed, and therefore I spoke.” We also believe, and therefore also we speak;” (2 Corinthians‬ ‭4:13‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Romans 4:19-21 - Through changing what Abraham saw in his heart and spoke with his mouth, God helped Abraham to believe and receive a son.

“Without being weakened in faith, he didn’t consider his own body, already having been worn out, (he being about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. Yet, looking to the promise of God, he didn’t waver through unbelief, but grew strong through faith, giving glory to God, and being fully assured that what he had promised, he was also able to perform.” (Romans‬ ‭4:19-21‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Luke 6:45 - Fill your heart with the word of God. What you behold, you become.

“The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings out that which is good, and the evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings out that which is evil, for out of the abundance of the heart, his mouth speaks.” (Luke‬ ‭6:45‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Leviticus 7:30-31 - The Hebrew word “chazah” (to see a hazon vision) has the same spelling as the word “chazeh” which means “the breast of the animal sacrifice”.
What God wants you to see is God’s love for you.
The altar with its four corners represents the cross. The fire represents God’s judgment that fell upon Jesus at the cross.
Aaron, the first Levitical high priest, is a picture of Jesus Christ.
Jesus feasts on His own love for us.

“With his own hands he shall bring the offerings of Yahweh made by fire. He shall bring the fat with the breast, that the breast may be waved for a wave offering before Yahweh. The priest shall burn the fat on the altar, but the breast shall be Aaron’s and his sons’.” (Leviticus‬ ‭7:30-31‬ ‭WEB‬)

John 4:4 - This “need” was a divine necessity. Geographically, Jesus didn’t need to go through Samaria, but God’s love compelled Him to go and minister to that woman at the well.

“He needed to pass through Samaria.” (John‬ ‭4:4‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Genesis 49:22 - Jesus is the prophesied heavenly Joseph. Even when He was tired, He still ministered to the Samaritan woman, and she told the village about Him. Many in the village believed and were saved.
Jesus broke down the wall of separation between Jew and Gentile.

““Joseph is a fruitful vine, a fruitful vine by a spring. His branches run over the wall.” (Genesis‬ ‭49:22‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

John 4:34 - When the disciples left Jesus at the well, Jesus looked tired. However, when the disciples came back, Jesus looked refreshed, because He feasted on His love for the woman He ministered to.

“Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of him who sent me, and to accomplish his work.” (John‬ ‭4:34‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

At the cross, righteousness and peace met. God loves man but has to punish sin because He is also holy. How can a thrice-holy God reconcile sinful man to Himself? Through the cross.

Isaiah 53:4 - At the cross, Jesus bore all our sins and diseases. Why? He loves us. Just feast on that love.

“Surely he has borne our sickness, and carried our suffering; yet we considered him plagued, struck by God, and afflicted.” (Isaiah‬ ‭53:4‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Romans 5:8 - God loved us even when we were still sinners.

“But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans‬ ‭5:8‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

John 13:1 - Jesus loves us all the way to the end. Jesus’ love for you will never change.

“Now before the feast of the Passover, Jesus, knowing that his time had come that he would depart from this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.” (John‬ ‭13:1‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Romans 8:32 - If God withholds healing from you today, it means that God values healing more than His Son. This is impossible of course. God has already given us His best. When you have Jesus, you have everything!

“He who didn’t spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?” (Romans‬ ‭8:32‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

John 5:19 - Jesus lived by hazon visions from the Father. He did only what He saw (in the spirit) His Father doing.

“Jesus therefore answered them, “Most certainly, I tell you, the Son can do nothing of himself, but what he sees the Father doing. For whatever things he does, these the Son also does likewise.” (John‬ ‭5:19‬ ‭WEB‬‬)
