We are getting closer and closer to the day of the Lord’s return.

The coming of the Lord is divided into two parts. Firstly, there is the Rapture that commences the seven years of Tribulation, and then there is the Second Coming at the end of the Tribulation.

When the Rapture happens, our vile bodies will be transformed into glorified, incorruptible bodies.

Mark 16:5 - All the heavenly beings look young.

“Entering into the tomb, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, dressed in a white robe, and they were amazed.” (Mark‬ ‭16:5‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

1 Corinthians 15:42 - If you have a born-again loved one who passed away in pain or looking weak, that same person will be raised glorious and incorruptible at the Rapture.

“So also is the resurrection of the dead. The body is sown perishable; it is raised imperishable.” (1 Corinthians‬ ‭15:42‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Hebrews 11:5-6 - God is attracted to faith.

“By faith, Enoch was taken away, so that he wouldn’t see death, and he was not found, because God translated him. For he has had testimony given to him that before his translation he had been well pleasing to God. Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.” (Hebrews‬ ‭11:5-6‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

When the woman with an issue of blood touched the hem of Jesus’ garments, He turned around and asked “Who touched Me” when the crowds were pushing on Him. God is attracted to faith.

Christians receive rewards when they faithfully apply the grace that God gives them.

1 Corinthians 15:25-26 - At the Rapture, the last enemy which is Death will be put under Jesus’ feet. If death is the last enemy, then sickness and every virus will be put under His feet before that.

“For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. The last enemy that will be abolished is death.” (1 Corinthians‬ ‭15:25-26‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Proverbs 12:28 - Do not pray to be taken home to Heaven prematurely. God can only use you for winning souls while you are here on earth.

“In the way of righteousness is life; in its path there is no death.” (Proverbs‬ ‭12:28‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

The devil is attacking the youths here in Singapore with depression and suicidal thoughts because he is afraid of the Benjamin generation.

Being sensitive to the Holy Spirit will allow you to be at the right place at the right time, to minister to those who need it most.

Do not let social media that is full of ‘highlight reels’ cause you depression and despair. Use your time to receive God’s word instead and see God’s good promises for your life.

Hear the Rhema Word of God, Believe it, and Speak it!

Deuteronomy 6:4-5 - The word “hear” in the original Hebrew is “shama”. This is the root word of the name “Simeon”.
The old man Simeon in the temple was promised by God that he would not die until he saw the salvation (Yeshua) of Israel.
Simeon is a picture of the Law, which begins with “Shama Israel”.
After Simeon departed, the old prophetess Anna (whose name means “grace”) came in. She asked everyone to come and see Jesus.
Those who are alive and remaining during the Rapture are like Simeon—they will see Jesus’ face without dying first.

“Hear, Israel: Yahweh is our God. Yahweh is one. You shall love Yahweh your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might.” (Deuteronomy‬ ‭6:4-5‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Psalm 91:16 - God makes us live long so that we can see more of Jesus.
The word “salvation” in this verse is “Yeshua” in the original Hebrew.
The more of Jesus we see, the more we can share about Him with the world around us.

“I will satisfy him with long life, and show him my salvation.”” (Psalms‬ ‭91:16‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Shalom is an all-encompassing word that means wholeness in body, soul, and spirit.

2 Peter 1:2 - Spend time in God’s word and have grace and shalom peace multiplied to you.

“Grace to you and peace be multiplied in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord,” (2 Peter‬ ‭1:2‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Romans 5:17 - God hates death; He views it as an enemy. Those who receive an abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness will reign in life through Jesus Christ.
Thank God for preachers who preach grace. You can never have too much grace.

“For if by the trespass of the one, death reigned through the one; so much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one, Jesus Christ.” (Romans‬ ‭5:17‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

1 Corinthians 1:21 - God has designed it such that receiving preaching is how people experience the saving power of God in every realm of their lives.

“For seeing that in the wisdom of God, the world through its wisdom didn’t know God, it was God’s good pleasure through the foolishness of the preaching to save those who believe.” (1 Corinthians‬ ‭1:21‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Exodus 19:8 - Righteousness can only be received as a gift. Trying to keep the Ten Commandments will only cause sin to rise up in your flesh.
The Law is like a mirror that shows up your ugliness.
After they boasted in their ability to keep the Law, the children of Israel sinned by making a golden calf idol. Prior to receiving the Law, they never even had the intention to do that.

“All the people answered together, and said, “All that Yahweh has spoken we will do.” Moses reported the words of the people to Yahweh.” (Exodus‬ ‭19:8‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

1 Corinthians 15:56 - Sin is strengthened by the Law. Without the commandment, there would be no trespass, and no death.

“The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.” (1 Corinthians‬ ‭15:56‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

John 10:10 - Jesus did not come to make bad people good. He came to make dead people live.

“The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.” (John‬ ‭10:10‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

The life of God in you will cause you to produce the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

1 John 3:3 - The only part of redemption that we are still waiting for is our bodily redemption.

“Everyone who has this hope set on him purifies himself, even as he is pure.” (1 John‬ ‭3:3‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Ephesians 2:8 - If the greatest blessing—forgiveness of sins, is received by faith, then all other blessings come by the same way.

“for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,” (Ephesians‬ ‭2:8‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

2 Corinthians 5:21 - As long as you are conscious of righteousness by faith, in your path there will be no death.
There is still sin in your flesh, but God does not count that against you. He sees the righteous reborn spirit that is in you.

“For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” (2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:21‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Many believers make the mistake of turning faith into a work. They are focusing on their faith and that ironically causes them to be in unbelief.
When the woman with the issue of blood received her healing, Jesus said to her, “…your faith has healed you,” even though He is the one that healed her with God’s power.
When you see Jesus in His grace, He sees you in your faith.
The more of Jesus you hear, the more you will be in faith.

Romans 10:8-10 - This is the process of faith. You must believe in your heart and speak with your mouth.

“But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth, and in your heart”; that is, the word of faith, which we preach: that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans‬ ‭10:8-10‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

2 Corinthians 4:13 - The spirit of faith operates by believing and speaking.

“But having the same spirit of faith, according to that which is written, “I believed, and therefore I spoke.” We also believe, and therefore also we speak;” (2 Corinthians‬ ‭4:13‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Mark 11:21-23 - When Jesus first cursed the fig tree, it still looked green.
But when Jesus and His disciples came back later, the tree had withered away.
Speak what you believe and you will see it. This is having the “faith of God”.

“and Peter having remembered saith to him, ‘Rabbi, lo, the fig-tree that thou didst curse is dried up.’ And Jesus answering saith to them, ‘Have faith of God; for verily I say to you, that whoever may say to this mount, Be taken up, and be cast into the sea, and may not doubt in his heart, but may believe that the things that he saith do come to pass, it shall be to him whatever he may say.” (Mark‬ ‭11:21-23‬ ‭YLT98‬‬)

Genesis 1:3-4 - When God created the heavens and the earth, He also spoke what He wanted to see, and then it was so.

“God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God saw the light, and saw that it was good. God divided the light from the darkness.” (Genesis‬ ‭1:3-4‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Proverbs 18:21 - God create mankind with power in their tongue.
God allowed Adam to name the animals. In the original Hebrew, the word “name” can also be “nature”.
Whatever Adam spoke, that was the resultant nature of the animal.
The devil has programmed words of death into the human language, to make us use our God-given power against ourselves.

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit.” (Proverbs‬ ‭18:21‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Genesis 3:19-20 - The name Eve means “life giver”. That name comes from the etymology of “declare life”.
After hearing the curse, Adam still proclaimed life upon his wife.
He had been well-trained by God in using the authority in his mouth.
Adam died immediately in the spirit, but it took more than 900 years for him to die physically.

“By the sweat of your face will you eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For you are dust, and to dust you shall return.” The man called his wife Eve because she would be the mother of all the living.” (Genesis‬ ‭3:19-20‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Genesis 5:2 - God called both husband and wife “Adam”. It was Adam that called his wife “Eve” (life giver).

“He created them male and female, and blessed them. On the day they were created, he named them “Adam”.” (Genesis‬ ‭5:2‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

2 Timothy 4:6-7 - The apostle Paul did not leave this world until he finished his work.

“For I am already being offered, and the time of my departure has come. I have fought the good fight. I have finished the course. I have kept the faith.” (2 Timothy‬ ‭4:6-7‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Philippians 1:23-25 - Paul had power over death. He had a revelation that caused him to believe that he could choose when to die.
Paul chose to be martyred which is a glorious way to go. If he did not do that, he would probably live more than a hundred years.

“But I am in a dilemma between the two, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better. Yet, to remain in the flesh is more needful for your sake. Having this confidence, I know that I will remain, yes, and remain with you all, for your progress and joy in the faith,” (Philippians‬ ‭1:23-25‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Hebrews 11:35 - These martyrs chose not to continue living, but they wanted to be with the Lord.
The Greek word translated as “deliverance” is more often used as “redemption” in the New Testament.
Redemption is the release given after a payment is made, referring to Jesus’ finished work at the cross.
The martyrs chose not to be preserved alive. They wanted to be in Heaven immediately.

“Women received their dead by resurrection. Others were tortured, not accepting their deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection.” (Hebrews‬ ‭11:35‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Ephesians 5:25-27 - How did Jesus love us? He gave Himself for us at the cross. Now that we are saved by His blood, He wants to make us so special and sanctified through the washing of the Word.
“Word” here is “rhema”: the spoken word.
“Logos” is the totality of God’s words. The Scriptures are the logos word.
There is a cleansing by the Word.
We need to listen to anointed preaching from preachers that declare the “now-word” from God.
Husbands, speak in a way that makes your wife feel special and precious.
Does it matter who says sorry first? Men, just apologize first in an argument.
The love that Jesus loves by is not one that expects a response or demands reciprocation. He finds enjoyment in “agape” unconditional love.

“Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without defect.” (Ephesians‬ ‭5:25-27‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

John 15:1,3,5 - Jesus spoke words that affirmed who we are in Him. These words have the power to cleanse us.

““I am the true vine, and my Father is the farmer…You are already pruned clean because of the word which I have spoken to you…I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” (John‬ ‭15:1, 3, 5‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Matthew 4:4 - We live by the rhema word of God.

“But he answered, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.’”” (Matthew‬ ‭4:4‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Song of Solomon 4:7 - Make love with your spouse using your words. Have the “faith of God”. Declare the things that are not yet, as though they are. Your spouse will be transformed through your faith-filled declarations.

“You are all beautiful, my love. There is no spot in you.” (Song of Solomon‬ ‭4:7‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Romans 4:17 - God sees you in the spirit. He calls forth the eternal end result now.

“As it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations.” This is in the presence of him whom he believed: God, who gives life to the dead, and calls the things that are not, as though they were.” (Romans‬ ‭4:17‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Even if you are bound by addictions, still declare that you are the righteousness of God in Christ. When that revelation drops into your heart, the addiction will disappear.
