How To Get Strong Six Pack Abs While Watching TV - Milton Goh's AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit Review
Hi everyone, thanks for reading this review!
So let's begin by reading what it says about the AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit on the AIBI Singapore Official Website:
"The wearable training gear for a stronger, more beautiful body.
Generally, muscles act in response to signals from the brain. EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) is a technology that uses electrical signals to directly stimulate and exercise the muscles.
Add SIXPAD training to your day-to-day routine.
Exercise while reading or doing household chores, or even during business or pleasure trips.
Whatâs more, SIXPAD can be worn unobtrusively under your clothes, making it ideal for workouts while youâre on the job or on the move.
All you have to do is fit SIXPAD to your body and let it exercise your muscles to help you achieve an even more beautiful physique.
EMS is an efficient means of training brought about by sports science research efforts.
A driving force in the field of sports science, Professor Toshio Moritani is the worldâs recognized authority on EMS research.
For over 30 years his research has focused on the effects of EMS training on muscles.
Through repeated verification tests, Professor Moritani determined that the effective frequency for training is 20Hz.
Currently, the papers regarding this subject are the focus of researchers the world over.
EMS training makes it easy to tone and firm the body.
Muscles are comprised of very thin muscular fibers and are majorly broken down into two types: fast- and slow-twitch muscles. Fast-twitch muscles are easy to develop and can lead to a well-shaped body.
On the other hand, standard training requires that the muscles be stimulated by a breath-shortening, high intensity load.
It can be said that since EMS can selectively approach fast-twitch muscles even at low loads, muscular development is much more visible.
Proven training results at 20Hz
EMS devices currently on the market are set up to cover just about every frequency.
Professor Moritani has isolated this to a frequency that has proven to be most effective for training muscles.
What is the ideal stimulation for exercising the muscles? Viewed from a sports science aspect, multiple frequencies were analyzed and compared with a particular focus on the muscle development mechanism.
Automatically cycles from warm-up to cool-down
To equip SIXPAD with a comfortable training program, a proprietary CMM pulse using 20Hz was developed.
The program progressively increases exercise intensity in stages as time elapses, and automatically stops when the program is completed.
Fits to the contours of the body and focuses stimulation to the targeted parts of the body.

And here's the official AIBI feature video showing world-famous footballer, Christiano Ronaldo, using the AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit and promoting it - although i'm sure his abs were already rock-hard before using this product.
So the story is that my wife, Amilee Kang, bought me the AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit at Plaza Singapura as my Christmas present because I was looking at it while we were doing some window shopping at Suntec City one day.
I thought to myself the first time I saw it, "WOW, if I can use that, I can get amazing abs while relaxing and watching TV!". After trying the product for a month already as I am typing this review, I am happy to say that it really works.
I played a guessing game with my Facebook and Instagram friends and followers where they were supposed to guess what my Christmas present was, but no one guessed it correctly!
The winner would have received a free AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit from me as a Christmas present! See that Instagram post here.
I am currently at Level 15 out of 15 levels of intensity that the AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit has - the max level!
You will be able to recognise when you're at a level that's too intense for you - it feels like your entire tummy area is being sucked inwards and it can even feel quite painful. Your whole body will start sweating and you will feel panicky.
My suggestion is that you start from Level 1, and increase the Level only after at least 3 days of being on the same level, so that your body can adjust to that level of intensity.
The first time I put on the AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit was at Plaza Singapura.
After Amilee surprised me with it all wrapped up nicely as my Christmas gift, we both didn't feel confident in setting the equipment up properly.
You see, the instruction manual that comes with the equipment warns a few times that there is a DANGER OF ELECTROCUTION if the equipment is not used or set up properly.
Amilee and I didn't want to risk sticking the gel sheets on the electrodes at the back of the AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit wrongly, which would possibly lead to me getting electrocuted, so we decided to bring it back to the store and get the shop attendant to set up the equipment properly for us.
The sensation of the EMS pulses when I tried it for the very first time was ticklish and yet at the same time it felt like a body massage. It was a weird feeling, but after a few minutes, my body adjusted to the feeling and I could feel the stimulation of my abdominal muscles.
I wore the AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit under my red Fred Perry polo tee and walked around Plaza Singapura, shopping with Amilee until the 23 minutes ab workout ended.
Amilee even bought a new pair of green, comfortable shoes to wear during our friend's Christmas House Party!
âAt that time, I was really impressed that the AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit is so discreet that I could do the workout while shopping in the mall, and no one could tell that there was an exercise equipment right underneath my shirt!
Okay, now I'm sure you want to see proof that the AIBISIXPAD Abs Fit works, and that hopefully you can use it to get some well-defined, chiseled, beautiful and strong ab muscles too right?
I'm gonna share my BEFORE and AFTER ab photos below:
So as you can see from the photos above, the AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit did produce results for me - results that i'm happy with. I will definitely continue to use it!
I use the AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit once a day, usually at least 30 minutes after food. I use it while sitting on the couch watching TV, or while pacing around the living room using my phone to browse my social media accounts at the same time!
âThat is the best part about the AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit to me, because I can relax, do other things that I'm interested in at the same time, and still get well-defined and strong ab muscles!
I first started to do ab crunches when I was in secondary school, and the last time I did them was when I was serving National Service, at the gym in the army base.
âI loved seeing the results of course, but it was very tiring, boring, sweaty, and the ab crunches would cause 'fold lines' to appear, streaking horizontally across my abs. I found it to be an ugly sight.
Now, with the AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit, it solves all of the above problems, giving me a very pleasant workout experience!!

Alright, so to wrap up this review, I'm going to summarise some useful info below, including the pros and cons about the AIBISIXPAD Abs Fit for you, to help you make a buying decision to suit your situation.
1) Very relaxing to use.
2) You can do this exercise anywhere (I did it at Plaza Singapura Mall under my shirt)
3) You can do this exercise while doing many other things at the same time (example: watching TV) , so you save time.
4) Mentally easier to start doing exercise as compared to doing ab crunches - just strap it on and press power on.
5) Feels like a massage on your abs (depending on the level of intensity you select on the equipment).
6) It works!!! At least for me it does produce results.
7) It's portable and lightweight - easy to bring with you anywhere, even overseas!
1) It's relatively costly for an abs exercise equipment when ab crunches can be done for free.
2) Takes a longer time than other methods of exercise - It takes 23 minutes to complete the exercise. Ab crunches can be done in a few minutes.
3) There's a cost to maintain - The 6 AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit gel sheets that are pasted on the electrodes underneath the equipment have to be constantly replaced after an average of 30 sessions of exercise (the number of sessions it can last for depends on how clean the gel sheets are).
4) There is a risk of serious injury - The instruction manual mentions the danger of electrocution several times if the equipment is not set up properly.
You can probably buy the AIBI SIXPAD Abs Fit at all AIBI outlets in Singapore, or you can also click one of the links to the product in this post to purchase and have it shipped to you!
