Jesus is not here just to be a Spectator in your life. He is here to meet your needs.

We serve God because we have been served by Him.

When someone allows Jesus to serve him, Jesus pours forth His goodness.
If we don’t allow Jesus to serve us, we cannot flow with Him.

It is not wrong to serve God, but if the heart is full of troubles and worries while serving, then it’s because that person has not been served by God.
Martha was full of complaints whereas Mary allowed Jesus to serve her.
How glad Jesus was to find someone that was willing to be served!

The Christian life begins with you sitting down, resting in what has been done.

We are rich because of the cross. Now that you are rich, act like it.
Sow bountifully. Tithe to show that God is the source of your finances.
You don’t have to tithe - you get to tithe.

God never plays catch-up. What God does is in the invisible realm and it will manifest physically.
What is of the flesh manifests quickly but is not comparable to what God does.
Ishmael is of the flesh and he arrived first, but Isaac who is born of grace is better even though he took longer to be conceived.
The devil always plays catch-up to what God is doing.
If you can’t tell what God is doing, see what the devil is doing in your life, reverse it, and you’ll know what God is doing.
Example: If the devil has placed sickness in your body, it’s because God has released health in your life.
The people of the world only see what the devil is doing, but we need to see what God is doing behind the scenes.
Don’t pray for God to move against what the devil is doing.
We need to pray to see what God has done and declare it!

Matthew 6:25 - The secret to a quality life and a healthy body is letting go of our worries.

““Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?” (Matthew 6:25 NKJV)

​Letting Go is the Secret to a Quality Life

When Jesus cried out “Finished!” on the cross, God’s blessings and favor was unleashed on this world and hasn’t ceased since then.
Why aren’t we seeing the blessings manifested in our lives?
Because we are constricting the supply with our worries. Let go!
The supply is always flowing. It’s not that only when we pray then the supply starts flowing.

The devil knows how to bring worry and care especially when you have love for someone.
When the devil comes to you asking “What are you going to do about that?”, reply him, “Me? Check with Jesus!”.

Irresponsibility is trying to do it yourself with your puny hands.
Responsibility is letting go and allowing God to take over.

Matthew 6:28-30 - Jesus is not saying to be a loafer. The Bible says whoever doesn’t work, neither shall he eat.
Jesus is talking about how to live a quality, carefree life.
Solomon’s clothing has to be gotten from the outside in.
Whereas the Lily’s clothing is from the inside out. The Lily’s clothes are its body.
Let go and God will clothe you with health.

““So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? (Matthew 6:28-30 NKJV)

It’s fine to confess scriptures but if you do it with a heart full of anxieties, it’s not effective.

The word “heal” in Hebrew is “Rapha” which comes from the Hebrew root word “Raph” which means to “relax”.
Rest and receive your healing.

Rest is not inactivity. Rest is Spirit-directed activity.

Don’t worry about tomorrow. Grace is supplied one day at a time.
There is only enough grace for one day.
You can plan for the future but don’t do it with anxiety.
When that day comes, the grace will be there.

When God restores it’s always greater in quality and/or quantity.
Only a person who has been robbed or stolen from qualifies for God’s restoration.

Deuteronomy 6:11 - The Christian life is not lived by our own efforts. It’s through the work of Another.
Jesus wants to bless you and present good things to you as a gift.
The less is blessed by the greater - It is more blessed to receive from God than to give.
But when it comes to other people, it is more blessed for us to give than to receive.

“houses full of all good things, which you did not fill, hewn-out wells which you did not dig, vineyards and olive trees which you did not plant— when you have eaten and are full—” (Deuteronomy 6:11 NKJV)

​Believe and Receive the Quality Life you are Meant to Enjoy

Mark 4:37-40 - Love is the hand that gives. Faith is the hand that takes.
Jesus’ most frequent indictment to the disciples is “O you of little faith” which can be translated as “My hands are so full, why do you take so little from Me?”.
Jesus didn’t wake up because of the storm, He woke up because of the disciples.

“And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling. But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?” Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?”” (Mark 4:37-40 NKJV)

Luke 8:43-48 - Under the Law, Moses could only see God’s back parts. This represents the man still being under the curse.
But when the woman who had an issue of blood for twelve years touched the hem of Jesus’ garment, Jesus turned around and she saw God in Jesus’ face.
It should be translated as “Go into peace” which means “go and continue to remain healed.”

“Now a woman, having a flow of blood for twelve years, who had spent all her livelihood on physicians and could not be healed by any, came from behind and touched the border of His garment. And immediately her flow of blood stopped. And Jesus said, “Who touched Me?” When all denied it, Peter and those with him said, “Master, the multitudes throng and press You, and You say, ‘Who touched Me?’ ” But Jesus said, “Somebody touched Me, for I perceived power going out from Me.” Now when the woman saw that she was not hidden, she came trembling; and falling down before Him, she declared to Him in the presence of all the people the reason she had touched Him and how she was healed immediately. And He said to her, “Daughter, be of good cheer; your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”” (Luke 8:43-48 NKJV)

Jesus found His rest on this earth through loving us by dying on the cross.

Don’t be afraid that if you let go nothing will happen. Underneath you are God’s everlasting arms which will uphold you.
When you work, God rests. When you rest, God works.
