Mary carried eternity in her arms. But at that time He was confined within time.

There are people who say that Jesus wasn’t born on December 25, and most likely He was born around the time of the Feast of Tabernacles.
But still, it’s alright to celebrate Christmas, as long as you remember that it’s about God sending His Son Jesus.
It’s not about Santa Claus, it’s about Jesus Christ.

Proverbs 4:20-23 - God’s word is not health to the world out there. It’s to all who find them.
God’s word is health to ALL your flesh!
Life and health are produced out of your heart. So are sickness and disease.
Long before sickness manifests outwardly, it already existed in your heart.
A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things. It’s out of the abundance of the heart that the mouth speaks.
The heart is not your spirit. The Greek word for spirit is “pneuma” whereas the Greek word for heart is “cardia”. It’s not the same.
Your heart is right at the center where your spirit and soul meet. It’s more important to understand how it works rather than where it is.
God has put His name in your heart. If you dissect a heart, the cross-section is shaped like the Hebrew letter “shin” which looks like a tilted “W”.
Your heart is the key to experiencing life and health.

“My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh. Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.” (Proverbs 4:20-23 NKJV)

Matthew 28:20 - The word “always” should be more precisely translated as “all the days”.
The Lord says He is with us all the days of our life.

“teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.” (Matthew 28:20 NKJV)

When you are conscious of the Lord, you will be afraid of nothing.
When you lose sight of the Lord, you may even despair of your life.
When the Prophet Elijah when conscious that the Lord was with him, he could courageously stand in King Ahab’s court with Jezebel right there.
When he lost sight of the Lord and became more conscious of Jezebel’s threats upon his life, he became fearful and fled from her.

Genesis 6:5 - God links imagination with the heart.
The way God imparts faith is by giving us a faith picture.
Long before men did acts of wickedness, they had the wicked imaginations in their hearts.

“And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” (Genesis 6:5 KJV)

People having the FOMO disease now: Fear of Missing Out.
People are addicted to likes and notifications.
We post the highlights reel of our lives but don’t showcase moments we’re not looking good or not proud of.

Matthew 5:28 - This happens by imagination in the heart, not by using the logic in our mind.
If you don’t like what you see in your life, change your imaginations.

“But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.” (Matthew 5:28 NKJV)

Use the Power of Imagination with the Faith Pictures in God's Word to Get What you Want

Jeremiah 1:17-19 - Jeremiah was a young prophet, probably a teenager.
God gave these faith pictures so that we can imagine and faith will arise in our hearts.

““Therefore prepare yourself and arise, And speak to them all that I command you. Do not be dismayed before their faces, Lest I dismay you before them. For behold, I have made you this day A fortified city and an iron pillar, And bronze walls against the whole land— Against the kings of Judah, Against its princes, Against its priests, And against the people of the land. They will fight against you, But they shall not prevail against you. For I am with you,” says the LORD, “to deliver you.”” (Jeremiah 1:17-19 NKJV)

Psalm 1:2-3 - A faith picture for us to receive fruitfulness, youth restoration/preservation and prosperity from the Lord.

“But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.” (Psalms 1:2-3 NKJV)

Medical Students Disease: When a medical student is exhaustively studying a certain disease, they start to experience the symptoms of the disease that they’re studying.
Before the devil can cause a problem in your life, he has to give you a picture.

This is not a new-age visualization technique. The world has hijacked this Biblical truth.
But imagination alone will not work. It takes the Holy Spirit as well.
The world doesn’t have the Holy Spirit, but they have to rely on an evil spirit. When an evil spirit gives something, he always takes something else away.
The devil never gives you something for free.
Never use demonic means to get healed. The devil may withdraw the disease that he first gave you just to get your allegiance for a while, and then a few years down the road hit you with a bigger and worse disease.

Jesus never claimed someone whom He healed.
There is no price tagged to the healing.
He told the most demon-possessed man (possessed by “Legion”) to go home and tell his friends and family what the Lord did for him.

God uses worship music to minister to people.
Demons attach to people who have depression, bad thoughts and imaginations.
When David played the harp for King Saul it readjusted King Saul’s imaginations and heart and the evil spirit could not remain.

Today we are looking at pictures that are producing the opposite effect of what is intended.
Even some Christian books have images in them that are counter-productive to what it’s trying to teach.

Ephesians 1:17-18 - “Enlightened” is “fotizo” which is where the word “photograph” comes from.
The eyes of your heart must be flooded by the light of the faith pictures in God’s word.

“that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,” (Ephesians 1:17-18 NASB)

See your wife as a fruitful vine! If you have stopped kissing, kiss her again and imagine her lips like intoxicating wine.
See your wife as the virtuous wife in Proverbs 31.

See your children as olive plants who are anointed. They are set apart and not like the other children of the world.

The devil doesn’t like oily things and places. Demons like and look for dry places.
Flies lay their eggs which produce maggots in dry ears of sheep.
How farmers counter that is by anointing the heads of their sheep. The flies don’t like that.
The devil is also called “Beelzebub” which means “Lord of the Flies”.

II Kings 6:15-18 - The angels were already there before Elisha prayed. Know that you are so protected all the time.
There is an entourage of angels protecting you all the time!

“And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?” So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” And Elisha prayed, and said, “ LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. So when the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed to the LORD, and said, “Strike this people, I pray, with blindness.” And He struck them with blindness according to the word of Elisha.” (II Kings 6:15-18 NKJV)

The first time the word “heart” appears in the New Testament is when Jesus said “blessed are the pure for they shall see God”.
We see God everyday in our hearts.

John 5:19-20 - Jesus saw through the eyes of His heart what the Father was doing.

“Then Jesus answered and said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner. For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself does; and He will show Him greater works than these, that you may marvel.” (John 5:19-20 NKJV)

The Bible is a Picture Book for us to Use the Power of Imagination for Good

Genesis 13:14-16 - The Bible is a picture book. We tend to dissect it and analyze it until it become so micro that we miss out on seeing the whole forest.
God gave Abraham a faith picture - there is so much dust in Israel, and everyone Abraham looked down on the ground, he could probably imagine the dust as children all calling out to him.
Before he had even one child, he could see all of them by faith.

“And the LORD said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him: “Lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are— northward, southward, eastward, and westward; for all the land which you see I give to you and your descendants forever. And I will make your descendants as the dust of the earth; so that if a man could number the dust of the earth, then your descendants also could be numbered.” (Genesis 13:14-16 NKJV)

Genesis 15:1-2 - The word of God came to Abraham in a vision.
When you pray, notice if pictures appear in your heart.
Before something you want to see happen happens, see it first in your heart!
Abraham was afraid that he would be heirless.
God calls Himself a shield to Abraham - God protects us from the evil thoughts and fiery darts from the devil.
The word "reward" in the verse can also be translated as "salary". Need a financial breakthrough? The Lord is our exceedingly great salary!

“After these things the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision, saying, “Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.” But Abram said, “Lord GOD, what will You give me, seeing I go childless, and the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus?”” (Genesis 15:1-2 NKJV)

Genesis 15:5-6 - When Abraham forgot God’s promise, God gave him another faith picture.
Now when Abraham looked at the stars he also saw his children by faith.
God wants to change our hearts first and for us to walk by faith with Him.

“Then He brought him outside and said, “Look now toward heaven, and count the stars if you are able to number them.” And He said to him, “So shall your descendants be.” And he believed in the LORD, and He accounted it to him for righteousness.” (Genesis 15:5-6 NKJV)

There’s already enough evil intentions in the world.
Let us use our words and imaginations to visualize our lives and our nations for good.
