When the devil levels a spiritual attack against you, it could be a response to something good that God is about to do in your life. The devil is afraid!

Don’t use words like lucky. Say that you’re blessed and that it’s the favor of the Lord.
Don’t express yourself with “Omg”. Don’t use God’s name in vain.
Don’t allow the world to make you conform.
Long after social media, God will still be standing.

The Bible will sit in judgment of you. We have no right to sit in judgment of the Bible, as if we know better than God.
Heaven and earth will pass away, but Jesus’ words will never pass away.
Many have come in criticism to judge the Bible but they have since turned to bones, dust and ash.
Voltaire said that after his death, the Bible will be long gone. After he died, his house was made into a Bible-printing house.

Sin brings forth death. Adam sinned and death came into the world.
But praise God that we have eternal life. Eternal life is not something for the future. It’s already inside us. We are experiencing it now.
It’s not about length of life, if not those in Hades are also living long.
Eternal life is about quality of life. In Greek it is “ionos zoe”.

A shepherd boy in Israel lost his sheep in a cave in the Dead Sea area.
He threw a rock inside the cave and heard a metallic clink sound.
He went inside and afterwards discovered the Dead Sea scrolls.
Those scrolls have been carbon-dated to be proven that they are 2000 over years old.
Those scrolls are of the Book of Isaiah.
They are the same, word-for-word, as our version today.

There are 66 books in the Bible. There are 66 chapters in the Book of Isaiah.
There are 39 Old Testament Books. There are 27 New Testament Books.
It’s as if there are two authors for the Book of Isaiah. The first 39 chapters are full of judgment but in the last 27 chapters, the tone changes. It’s like a mini Bible.
The first word of Isaiah 40 is “Comfort ye, comfort ye, my people.”
It’s not different authors. Jesus quotes the Book of Isaiah and said that “Isaiah says”, so it is written by just one author: Isaiah.

The Bible is not politically correct. It just paints reality. Let’s get real!

In the light of God’s word we see light. If we lose a key in a dark room, we just need to turn on the light. We will be able to see and find what we lost and also other things. God’s word is a lamp unto our feet.

We need to position ourselves completely inside the light of Jesus to fully enjoy all His benefits

A renowned scientific business person read the Bible and felt joy in his heart.
As he kept reading, the malignant tumor in his body was gone - the next doctor checkup proved that. The word of God is life to all our flesh.

There are a lot of educated idiots. There is a TV program that attempts to explain away the miracles in Exodus.
It said that the death of the Egyptian firstborns was caused by a low-lying gas that killed them, since the firstborns slept on a lower part of the bunk bed.
It can’t be true because the firstborns of the Hebrews didn’t die. It must mean that the gas is racist!
On top of that, some ‘experts’ said that the children of Israel could cross the Red Sea because the sea level was so shallow that they could wade across it, and that the words in the Bible about God parting the Sea was just poetic language.
Wow, it takes a great miracle for God to drown Pharaoh and his chariots in such shallow waters.
Men professing themselves to be wise make themselves fools.

Acts 20:6-12 - The “first day of the week” refers to a Sunday.
In other places in the Book of Acts, it plainly refers to Sabbath (a different day).
Rest is holy. The first thing God sanctified is the seventh day: the Sabbath - a day of rest.
When Jesus rose on a Sunday, He started a new first day of the week.
Under the Old Testament of the Law, people work first then they rest.
Under the New Covenant of Grace, we begin with rest before we walk.
Sabbath is the rest of Creation, whereas Sunday is the rest of Redemption.
All of God’s righteous, divine requirements of the Law were fully met by Jesus’ shed blood at the cross.
God is not just satisfied, He is infinitely-pleased by Jesus’ finished work at the cross.
The quality of a work depends on the person doing it. When Jesus does a work, it is perfect!
Paul was in a hurry to go back to Jerusalem and yet he waited for 7 days to meet the believers in Corinth for church.
The early church valued the Holy Communion. The believers gathered for the intention of breaking bread, not to listen to Paul, even though Paul was the greatest preacher in town.
The Bible teaches that there are three heavens: the first is the atmospheric heaven, then there is another heaven, and finally the beautiful third heaven.
Heaven is a real place, not a mystical place where you float around playing a harp.
Even the best preacher in the world, Paul, had someone falling asleep (albeit deadly) during his sermon.
“Eu” means good in Greek. Eutychus means “good fortune”.
The church has its lost its good fortune.
Eutychus was taken up “as dead”. It is ambiguous whether he really died or not.
It’s like professing believers amidst the church whereby we don’t know whether they were really saved in the first place - spiritually dead, or alive.
When you disobey the ways of God, you are not going up - you are going down. When Jonah disobeyed God, he went down (to Joppa), down (in a ship), down (into the stomach of the sea monster).
When Abraham disobeyed God; he went down to Egypt.
The devil wants to make you think that you’re going up by cheating and lying. No, you’re going down.
Paul went down. Instead of attacking believers who have fallen, let us go down to their level and help them up.
Eutychus was sitting in the window. The window is a place whereby it’s inside the building but yet not really fully inside. It’s the place whereby we are saved by not really fully on fire for Jesus. Let’s not sit in the window.
If you sit in the window, you will not experience the benefits of either the world nor the church.
As a believer, you are too saved to enjoy the world completely.
On the other hand, if you are a worldly-minded believer, you have worldliness in you that prevents you from enjoying the abundant life of Jesus completely.
Paul did not end the service just because of what happened to Eutychus. He continued preaching. The devil’s attacks on our lives shouldn't stop us from boldly continuing to serve the Lord.
In the last book of the New Testament, Jesus comes as the bright and morning star (in the midst of darkness, around 4am).
In the last book of the Old Testament, Jesus comes as the sun of righteousness.
The church will get to see Jesus first (in the morning), and Israel will get to see Jesus later (in the afternoon).
The world is very dark now, Jesus will come back in the Rapture when there is darkness all around in the world.

“We sailed away from Philippi after the days of Unleavened Bread, and came to them at Troas in five days, where we stayed seven days. On the first day of the week, when the disciples were gathered together to break bread, Paul talked with them, intending to depart on the next day, and continued his speech until midnight. There were many lights in the upper room where we were gathered together. A certain young man named Eutychus sat in the window, weighed down with deep sleep. As Paul spoke still longer, being weighed down by his sleep, he fell down from the third floor, and was taken up dead. Paul went down, and fell upon him, and embracing him said, “Don’t be troubled, for his life is in him.” When he had gone up, and had broken bread, and eaten, and had talked with them a long while, even until break of day, he departed. They brought the boy in alive, and were greatly comforted.” (Acts 20:6-12 WEB)

1 Corinthians 11:20-34 - The Lord’s supper is not about eating and drinking to fill your stomach.
Many believers are weak, sick and fall asleep (in death) because they don’t take Holy Communion or don’t correctly discern the Lord’s body when doing so.

“When therefore you assemble yourselves together, it is not the Lord’s supper that you eat. For in your eating each one takes his own supper first. One is hungry, and another is drunken. What, don’t you have houses to eat and to drink in? Or do you despise God’s assembly, and put them to shame who don’t have? What shall I tell you? Shall I praise you? In this I don’t praise you. For I received from the Lord that which also I delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night in which he was betrayed took bread. When he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, “Take, eat. This is my body, which is broken for you. Do this in memory of me.” In the same way he also took the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink, in memory of me.” For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes. Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks the Lord’s cup in a way unworthy of the Lord will be guilty of the body and the blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread, and drink of the cup. For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy way eats and drinks judgment to himself, if he doesn’t discern the Lord’s body. For this cause many among you are weak and sickly, and not a few sleep. For if we discerned ourselves, we wouldn’t be judged. But when we are judged, we are punished by the Lord, that we may not be condemned with the world. Therefore, my brothers, when you come together to eat, wait for one another. But if anyone is hungry, let him eat at home, lest your coming together be for judgment. The rest I will set in order whenever I come.” (1 Corinthians 11:20-34 WEB)

Not all the words in the Bible are truth. The serpent’s words in the Garden of Eden saying that Eve will not surely die when she eats of the fruit of the tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil is a lie.
But it is an accurate recording of what was said.

There is divine light and protection in the church

Jesus taught about the Kingdom of Heaven. Many of the principles are still applicable but some aren’t anymore.
There has been a change of dispensations: from the kingdom of heaven to the age of Grace.
Jesus did not reveal the mystery of the church until after His death. He revealed it through the Apostle Paul.

Many acts of God’s judgments upon people in the church during the Age of Grace are upon unbelievers who park themselves within the church to deceive the church.
God doesn’t want them to enjoy the corporate anointing and benefits of the church, while they are polluting the church with sin and blasphemy.
For example, Ananias and Sapphira were not believers. In the Book of Acts, believers are referred to as “a certain disciple”, but Ananias and Sapphira were referred to as “a certain man” and “a certain woman”.
Paul teaches the church to depart from such a false believer.
In that way, it’s delivering the person to Satan. There is safety and protection in the church.
Out there in the world (when there are no believers around), there isn’t.

When Jesus wanted cross the Sea of Galilee to deliver the demoniac, Satan raised up a storm to try and destroy Jesus and His disciples.
Like the demoniac, the signs that someone has been delivered is that he is in his right mind, clothed and seated (a posture of rest).
In the boat, Jesus was sleeping on the clothes that He prepared for the demoniac, to keep them dry. He knew He was going to clothe the man.

In the light of God’s word we see light. If we lose a key in a dark room, we just need to turn on the light.
We will be able to see and find what we lost and also other things.
God’s word is a lamp unto our feet.
Another light is of the Holy Spirit.
Then the third light is a believer: Jesus said we are the light of the world.
As we read the Word of God, we can see clearly what we need to do. In His light we see light.

Sunlight (natural light) can go only so far. It reveals things but it man can still be wrong when relying on this light.
But when you step into the Tabernacle, the only light is from the seven-branched Menorah which represents the church. In that light we see the significance of the showbread.
In the Holy of Holies, there’s no candelabra there but there is the greatest light - the Shekinah glory of God.
In heaven there will be no more sun because we have the greatest source of light there: God Himself.

Exodus 10:22-23 - This light in their dwellings is not a natural light, if not any Egyptian could have lighted a candle and there would be light in their house.
God wants your life to have a supernatural light on it.
It doesn’t mean that there is no quarrels in your marriage, but there is a special light from God covering your life that others can also see.

“Moses stretched out his hand toward the sky, and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt for three days. They didn’t see one another, and nobody rose from his place for three days; but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.” (Exodus 10:22-23 WEB)

Matthew 12:9-15 - Regardless of the critics, Jesus healed them all.
No one means to fall, but we do occasionally.
We are not to point fingers and ask what is their sin. We are to pick them up.
Provide the solution, not obsess on finding out the cause of the problem.
When bad things happen, like injuries, you can thank God that God protected you from something worse.
Smite the shepherd and the sheep will scatter. The devil always likes to attack ministers of the church.
Keep praying for your pastors (shepherds) because the devil is trying to attack them.

“He departed there, and went into their synagogue. And behold there was a man with a withered hand. They asked him, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath day?” that they might accuse him. He said to them, “What man is there among you, who has one sheep, and if this one falls into a pit on the Sabbath day, won’t he grab on to it, and lift it out? Of how much more value then is a man than a sheep! Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath day.” Then he told the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out; and it was restored whole, just like the other. But the Pharisees went out, and conspired against him, how they might destroy him. Jesus, perceiving that, withdrew from there. Great multitudes followed him; and he healed them all,” (Matthew 12:9-15 WEB)

Testimony: Pastor Joseph Prince’s son, Justin, recently had a fall and sustained two fractures on his skull.
He was admitted into hospital. He didn’t take any antibiotics, but only took painkiller (Ibuprofen) and Holy Communion.
He experienced a blow-by-blow healing and restoration of health as they partook of Holy Communion, as often as up to four times a day.
When he was discharged from hospital, he still experienced some headaches.
They continued to partake of Holy Communion and two days later, all headaches ceased and he was fully well.
Take Holy Communion with revelation, trusting God for healing.

Pastor Prince’s Closing Prayer:
He prayed for parents to have a special anointing whereby in their presence, their children will see light, so that they will not chase the futile things of the world but instead desire the substantial things of God.
He prayed for everyone to have light in their dwellings.
