1 March 2020 - Jesus Overrules the Enemy of Sickness in your Life - Pastor Joseph Prince Sermon Notes - New Creation Church Sermon Notes

At the cross, Jesus bore your sicknesses so that you are healed today. Through His finished work, every sickness in your life has been overruled. Proclaim this truth with the anointing oil and with the Holy Communion.

God is sitting on His throne smiling, knowing that all is well—He knows He can work His plans on earth.

One day the whole world will acknowledge Jesus who is the King of all kings and Lord of all lords.

God’s economy is the opposite of the world’s economy. The bigger the problem, the easier for God.
We see this principle at work in Jesus' miracle of the multiplication of loaves and fishes.
Fewer loaves of bread and fishes were needed to feed the five thousand than were needed to feed the four thousand.

It’s not about praying soft or hard—it’s about who you pray to. Once you make that faith connection, your prayer is effective.

A pastor is a delivery-boy of God’s word.

Pastor Prince ministered one worship, words of knowledge and gift of healings. Joint and heart conditions were called out and healed.

Take refuge in Jesus’ wings, under the shadow of the Almighty.

Jesus was raised from the dead, never to die again. He is far above every principality and power. There is a Man representing us in Heaven.

Jesus went to the cross in your place. Jesus did no sin, knew no sin and in Him was no sin.

Your sin factory (sin nature) has been removed. Resurrection life is flowing in your un-resurrected body.
We are waiting for the Rapture, to receive a glorious body like Jesus’ new body.

Jesus is seated in Heaven not for Himself but for us—He is seated there as us. We are so close to Jesus—we are one spirit and one body with Him.

We are still physically here on earth, but we are also seated in Heaven because Jesus is there as us.

We can’t live under the Law because we can’t keep all the commandments perfectly.

Just by being in Jesus, you’re considered to have perfectly kept the Law—you qualify to receive all of God’s blessings.

Know your position in Christ to believe and receive all your blessings.

When God wants to look at you today, He only needs to turn to His right hand and look at Jesus.

To see is to be.

All the promises of Psalm 91 are contingent on the first verse—He who sits in the secret place of the Most High shall dwell in the shadow of the Almighty.

The spiritual is more real than the physical because it is a Spirit who created the physical.
Deal with the spiritual to change the physical circumstances.

Don’t claim God’s promises out of fear. You need to know that you are already there in the secret place of the Most High.
The Old Testament prophets longed to experience what we have today in Christ.

Jesus’ finished work at the cross is the payment for every sickness in your body to be reversed

When you’re sitting, you throw the weight of your body onto the seat.
Under the Law, the high priest never sat down in the Tabernacle or temple.
But after one perfect sacrifice, Jesus our High Priest sat down because His atoning work is finished—our sins have been purged.
If one sin is left on you, Jesus cannot sit down.

The Hebrew word for “Heal” is Rapha: Resh Pey Aleph.
The etymology of that word is from another Hebrew word Raphah (Resh Pey Hei) which means relax.
Relax in Jesus’ finished work to have your healing.

God Most High (El Elyon) is always used in regard to God’s rule over the nations of the world.
It is a title which Jesus will have during the Millennium—He will be the most high over all on earth.
Melchizedek’s ministry is one that blesses both God and man.

Genesis 15:1 - This is the first occurrence of “don’t be afraid” (in Hebrew: al-tirah).
God is your shield who protects you. There are all kinds of shields in the world, but God is the greatest shield.
The word “reward” in Hebrew has the meaning of salary. God is your exceedingly great salary and compensation.

“After these things Yahweh’s word came to Abram in a vision, saying, “Don’t be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.”” (Genesis‬ ‭15:1‬ ‭WEB)

God can shake the whole earth just for Israel—His chosen nation. Two nations that were building missiles against Israel are now immobilized because of the COVID-19 virus.

In the city that’s worst-hit by the COVID-19 virus, Christians are boldly sharing the Gospel while wearing masks—even the policemen are coming to the Lord. God reversed what the devil did for good.

When Saul came against the church, he became blind for a season. He wasn’t a believer yet.

Ananias and Sapphira were professors and not possessors of eternal life—they were not true believers.
They tried to hurt God’s people and the two of them dropped dead.
God protects His people and will kill wicked unbelievers if He needs to.

Jesus equates His glory to men being saved—that’s how much He loves you.

We must have the spirit of Christ and not the spirit of the Old Testament. Jesus rebuked John for suggesting to let fire fall on Samaria.
There will be judgment upon the world for the future, but now is not yet the time.

The COVID-19 is from the devil. The devil is not in cohorts with God, but he knows his rights.

This is the name of God: Yud Hei Vav Hei (Yahweh).

Isaiah 53:4-5 - Many people have no problem believing that Jesus bore our sins, but they have a problem believing that Jesus also carried our sicknesses. That’s why the Holy Spirit put the word “surely” there in the verse.
At the cross, Jesus’ visage was marred more than any man.
Yud Hei Vav Hei is in this passage, written in reverse.
When the world despises Jesus, the Father writes down His name and glorifies it.
Today, Iran is the kingdom of Persia in the past.
When Yahweh is written properly, it means God is ruling. When it is written in reverse, it means that God is overruling—reversing the evil fate of someone.
This principle is clearly seen in the Book of Esther.
Whenever God was working behind the scenes to frustrate Haman’s plans, and turn the situation around for the Jews’ good, Yahweh’s name appears in reverse.
Yahweh reversed our state of being sick—now we are healed.
The Hebrew word for oil is “shemen” (Shin Mem Nun).
The oil is in the finished work of our Lord Jesus.
The Hebrew word for bread is lechem (Lamed, Chet, Mem).
It appears in reverse in the verse.
Every time you partake of the Holy Communion, you are reversing your condition of sickness and renewing your youth.

“Surely he has borne our sickness, and carried our suffering; yet we considered him plagued, struck by God, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.” (Isaiah‬ ‭53:4-5‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Matthew 8:17 - It’s clear that Jesus carried our physical diseases.

“that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying, “He took our infirmities, and bore our diseases.”” (Matthew‬ ‭8:17‬ ‭WEB)

Yud Hei Vav Hei is on the sign that was placed above Jesus at the cross. He is Yahweh.
